Burgeoning DJ and producer Bontan makes his debut on the notorious Hot Creations label. Hotly anticipated, the release features two original cuts to fuel his rising profile.

UK based Bontan has been using title track The First Time as his secret weapon for the last six months and is now finally unleashing it. “I’ve been testing it and tweaking it play by play!’ he explains. ‘The vocal compliments the rolling bass melody and gives it a darker edge”. This a producer who fully understands how to create a track for a heaving dancefloor. Personal Question is the second cut and flips the mood entirely with a twisted vocal entwined in beeps and percussion, whilst stirring the sentiments of lost early hours.

A firm favourite in the underground scene, he has built a solid reputation with releases on Circus Recordings, 20/20 Vision, and Cajual among others.

Reaching it's 15 year anniversary, Liverpool’s championed Circus event series has chosen to celebrate this milestone with a hefty 15 track compilation - featuring a handful of club luminaries including Kerri Chandler, Alan Fitzpatrick and Joris Voorn.

Tucked in between contributions from veterans Andrea Oliva and Carl Cox is the 303 driven tune ‘You Don’t Know’, a sprightly and high-voltage track from the UK native Bontan. With releases on Madtech, Toolroom and Hot Creations under his belt, this young DJ/producer has taken Beatport by storm while continuing to expand his touring territory on a global scale.

‘Circus 15 - The Album’ is slated for release on September 29.

In a clashing of dancefloor titans, Hot Creations label boss Jamie Jones joins forces with Cuttin’ Headz curators The Martinez Brothers in the studio for the first time to churn out their new, slamming and anthemic tune 'Bappi' - set to drop on October 11 via Hot Creations.

“After being friends and DJing together for so many years, the bro’s and I finally got into my studio in LA together at the start of the year," Jones explains. We had a few sessions which was so easy and productive from the offset. We jammed out some songs, and this is the first to be released, it’s been a huge bomb for us this summer!"
