As the gang marched the boulevard they cast a mean shadow upon the sidewalk. Shutters began to close fiercely up and down the high street in anticipation of violence. All but one... The saloon at the tail end of the street blared music proudly in a triumphant protest. They had opted to defend the town from the travelling troublemakers, the villainous vagabonds and terrible tyrants. Tumbleweed blew amongst the sand, and the red grains scurried in the breeze.

It is with much excitement that we are able to premiere a new track from C.A.R. The project of our close friend and writer Chloe Raunet, she needs little introduction.

Fully loaded rompers, drawing from influences both far and unexpected corners of the globe that have been proven to be tools for the floor. 
The Russian duo made their debut last year on Private Persons with their "Forever Punk" EP, leaving a heavy mark on lovers of tape-hissed electro,  EBM madness, and acid-tinged worship. With their next release, Lomay EP, we see a continuation of that same energy, but with an even more broader approach; pushing the boundaries of what EBM, acid, and techno mean today. 

TRAM Planet is excited to announce the release of the "Lomay" EP, making it the first vinyl release of the label.

The pier was very busy - boats came and went all day long. The rough water was ominous and navigation across the seafront was proving difficult for some of the less experienced sailors. The Z Side would always be the most difficult of spots to moor each ship yet many tried and failed far too regularly. When would they ever learn? The sound of a siren could be heard in the distance upon the warn summer breeze - it roared through the city streets with a powerful presence as it approached the coast. 

K.Dallas appears on a new compilation set for release on OEN Rec - the Danish imprint which has established itself as a powerhouse in recent times.

Our first release of 2019 comes from @charlesmurdoch, a very talented and enigmatic producer from our hometown of Brisbane. Charlie is a former bandmate of ours, one half of Super Fun Bumper Edition (our very first release), and more recently working behind the scenes mixing Maia's EP - it's safe to say he is part of the family.

The thing we love most about Charles Murdoch is that although his sound has evolved over the years, he has always stayed true to his modus operandi: ethereal, yet subtle electronica. Recently, Charlie has continued to expand his sonic palette by experimenting with a modular rack synth, which has clearly influenced his latest EP. As a result, "WTBL" signals a shift away from his familiar beat driven melodies, to engender raw, modulated techno made for early morning raving.

Charlie's new EP is further proof that this versatile producer has a bright future, and will be energizing dance floors around the world for years to come.

You know when you're itching for a certain someone to release new music...you're not sure when it will arrive but you're confident it'll be class. This time around, those records come from Brisbane producer Charles Murdoch. After catching the ears of the Future Classic crew many moons ago, thanks to his ever-graceful productions, he's been on a steady incline.

After bunkering down for a good half year or so, we now have the 'WTBL' EP and we're wrapped to be premiering its title tune. We've been told Murdoch invested in a new toy not too long ago, namely, a modular rack synth. This fresh piece of gear has lead him to explore an after dark avenue, or early morning one, however you look at it.

'WTBL' is a twinkling rave. Crunchy percussion and erratic synths engage in a brilliant conversation. An abrasive thing of beauty I'd call it. I once went to an illegal rave in a drainage pipe and I would have loved to have heard this there. The rest of the EP is in a similar vein, bar the opening tune 'Annoying' which is like a trip to Saturn's rings.
This latest body of work, will be out via his fellow countrymen Beats Of No Nation, who've previously pressed records for talents such as Leon Revol, Jad & The and Chord Memory Band. Charles once played in a band (Super Fun Bumper Edition) with the legends who now run B.O.N.N. It's great how things come full circle.
