Comprised of Emanuel Satie, Maga, Sean Doron, Tim Engelhardt and Yulia Niko, four out of five members of the group come together on Disconnect. Following the release of the Starlight EP in May, Scenarios collaborate with songwriter, singer, and producer Hannah Noelle on vocals.

Maga, Sean Doron, Tim Engelhardt and Emanuel Satie deliver a warm but club-driven vibe on Disconnect. Brimming with emotive chords, tinkling piano notes and smooth drums, it’s the kind of tune that’s appropriate for a peak-time festival set under the sun or a packed-out afterparty. Hannah Noelle’s velvety vocals evoke a balmy atmosphere, snaking through a low-slung bassline and bright synthlines. A tangible blend of spiritual and vibrant energy, synonymous with the evolving collective.

Individually, they are known as Maga, Sean Doron, Yulia Niko, Tim Engelhardt and Emanuel Satie, each of whom are established performers in their own right. Together, they become Scenarios. Only two releases in, Black Coffee, John Digweed and streaming platform Cercle have supported the label, while peak spots on Beatport’s Top 10 Chart have proved consistent. As a collective, their beliefs and outlooks are shared – allowing them to truly grow as one whilst maintaining their individuality as independent artists.

Born in France, Maga’s discography boasts releases on Flying Circus and Get Physical. Israel’s Sean Doron has found a home on Damian Lazarus’ Rebellion imprint, whilst his Monochrome event series continues to flourish. Cologne’s Tim Engelhardt is a mainstay of German label Stil Vor Talent, as well as Diynamic. Berlin-based, Watergate resident Yulia Niko has become a world-renowned artist in recent times, with material on Watergate Records and MOOD. German producer Emanuel Satie is an award-winning artist with a slew of releases on Cocoon, Crosstown Rebels and Get Physical.

Hot on the heels of his latest full-length delivery, here comes Oliver Koletzki's 'Trip To Sanity Remixed' - a package of reworks featuring contributions from fellow Stil vor Talent alums Rampue, Fabian Krooss and Tim Engelhardt + Sean Doron.

Injecting his own exotica-laced musical genotype into Koletzki's voluptuously epic club-focussed DNA, Rampue takes us on a hybrid hi-NRG yet melancholy-drenched jaunt, running the gamut from prog techno landscapes onto purely rapturous piano house on a hypermodern tip. The result is both a straightforward and dreamy immersion into Rampue's multi-faceted universe, as much as it fleshes out Koletzki's pop-friendliness with that teleportative 90s punch whose impact doesn't fade with years.

'Don't Ever Wake Me Up' gets the Krooss treatment and it's a further compelling electro-acoustic trip for the body and soul that unfolds. Strips of elegant Spanish guitar blazing alongside a languid electro chug and cascading bloops out some pixelated house Eden, there's Krooss' trademark strain of balearic house with a bass-forward drive coming at you with full force. Last but not least, 'Is It Real (ft. Malou)' finds Engelhardt and Doron tweaking the circuits to further incendiary effect. Their version mixes a highly volatile EBM lead with Malou's sensuously haunting vocals, plus an enhanced dose of subs to heave us onto unheard layers of ecstasy. Its steadfast, propulsive thrust throughout the six-minute-shy buildup of the track laced with that finessed sound design prove a durably mesmerizing combo.

A founding member of Berlin’s renowned Keinemusik collective, Adam Port’s distinctive afro-influenced sound has cemented him as one of Europe’s most in-demand artists. A regular at Circoloco in Ibiza, and with a recent chart-topping EP on Diynamic under his belt, he now applies his characteristically dark and restrained touch to Cubicolor’s ‘No Dancers’.

Following previous impressive releases on Crosstown Rebels and sister label Rebellion, Armenian talent DAVI presents another fine display of his artistry on the spellbinding Lie Machine. Hot UK pairing Gorgon City bring their distinctive energetic brand of house to the remix.

Lie Machine opens with a delicate rhythm of bongos, combined with an undercurrent of murmuring bass and deep piano chords. The tension is built, before the introduction of DAVI’s soulful vocals and glistening synth, telling a melodic and emotive story of heartbreak. UK duo Gorgon City control the remix, adding their unique blend of addictive bass-driven house to the original and demonstrating why their sound has gained such global popularity.
