'Never Lose Your Innocence' is full of groove with its sultry bassline paving the way, shrouded in warm pads, cool percussion and nice fx that gel wonderfully as this builds and the arpeggiator develops before unexpectedly changes key, delivering added warmth and lifts the track again. This accomplished gem oozes quality and it’s a real winner.

'Bustan' picks up the energy levels as this dreamlike powerhouse goes hell for leather! The bassline frantically paves the way, while its lushness wraps around your mind, delivering a fantastical effect. Solid stuff!

Luka Sambe leads you to the sunshine, to the percussion, to the positive vibe of House music, this is his story. And with releases on Mesmeric, Perspectives Digital and Particles, he's been busy creating his own warm brand of musical goodness.

The lead track 'Candlewood' is an emotive blanket of warmth, cuddling you in, while a tripped out edge adds a sophisticated tinge to this magical gem.

Picking up the pace with 'Endorphima', this driving gem fuses tough yet funky percussive and groove with tinkling melodic layers, whilst being pushed along by a top-line that gels everything together wonderfully. We reach the climatic breakdown that is acertainly a bit of a moment for the dancefloor, sounding fresh, yet somehow familiar.

Cid Inc delivers the remix of 'Endorphima', adding a layer of restraint, yet still firmly ready to cause devastation. Subtleties are the key here, as the devil is certainly in the detail and we are treated to and uber cool reworking.

One of Israel's favorite artist Lonya, returns to Sudbeat with three tracks of sheer delight. As well as returning here, Lonya's work has graced Darkroom Dubs, Plattenbank, Selador and Parquet, alongside his own excellent imprint Asymmetric. 

We begin with the title track 'Obscurity' and all of its enigmatic melancholic goodness. We are treating to whirling synth top line that thrills and locks you in, as it squelches and rasps, but with an air of sophistication, while  Lonya's crisp percussion, and spacious production allows the track to breath, creating a tension and alluring elegance. Deep and deadly.

Moving forward, we find 'The Girl From Raanana'. A mysterious and fantastical deep voyage, as we are signposted by infectious percussion, while sweeping moody pad like sounds swoosh around, while the blippy bass adds an air of mystery. This gem subtly builds and develops it meanders through your mind as the big synth line powerfully increases the temperature.

Picking up the pace with have 'The Verge'. Punchy beats, a solid kick and a stompy bassline set up stall here,and mean business from the off. The bass develops and expands, delivering a powerful dance floor creation to send you wild. Melodious layers compliment as they stack on top, as the anticipation increases and sets the pulse racing.

An artist of global repute, Nick Varon’s celebrated DJ career has seen him at the forefront of the underground dance scene. Able to weave a magical spell with his expertly crafted sets, he has been lauded by the likes of Nick Warren and Sharam while regularly supporting fellow countryman, Hernan Cattaneo across the globe. A similarly impressive production career has seen Varon a regular on Cattaneo’s Sudbeat Music with 2012’s “Shibuya” and 2017’s “Sky Ladder” making strong impressions. “Over & Out” is a typically strong progressive offering as heavy rolling beat and light ticking percussion form a foundation for textured pads to supply depth and emotion while a plucked motif adds substance and interest to the powerful groove.

Successful artists in their own rights. Ezequiel Anile and Nicolas Petracca have forged an impressive collaborative relationship under their EANP contraction. Working together since 2014, their inimitable style has seen a seamless blend of techno, progressive and deep house result in an array of memorable sets with the likes of Nick Warren and Nick Muir. Standing alongside, impressive production credentials have given the duo a clutch of high-profile original releases for the likes of Movement, Mirabilis and Paul Hazendonk’s MNL. EANP’s Suffused Music debut is thus an intelligent reworking of Varon’s original as a vocal cut repeats the track title while a hypnotic four/four beat and percussive groove lay the foundations for a chorus of pads and white noise to create a wonderful crescendo at the mid-point. A driving anthemic third movement full of bass and melodic prowess provides real intent.

Nicolas Rada is a name that requires little introduction. Regular collaborations with Nick Warren have seen the duo remix Eelke Kleijn’s “8 Bit Era” before joining forces for the four-track “Land of Dreams” on Warren’s own The Soundgarden imprint in June 2018. Some 300 production credits have seen Rada as a regular on the Balkan Connection label family and supported by a global elite; DJ performances across his Buenos Aries hometown and a Mexican tour with fellow countryman, Nicholas Van Orton, has seen his following swell. Creating a wonderfully charismatic reworking of “Over & Out”, a delicate beat and swirling arpeggio form a sumptuous opening that gradually evolves over its eight-minute voyage. Building gently, subtle vocal phrasing is introduced while clever use of Varon’s remix parts create an innovative new interpretation that blossoms through the breakdown and third movement.

Italian artist, Danny Lloyd, has been at the forefront of the progressive house genre for a number of years. An artist with a rich and varied production history, over a century of credits tell their own success story with music signed to Balkan Connection and Particles. Lloyd’s collaboration with Andrea Cassino under their Nocturna pseudonym has also provided considerable success on Proton Music. Returning to Suffused Music the Danny Lloyd remix takes “Over & Out” in an exciting new melodic direction as a swathe of additional production material, melded with Varon’s components, has created an original interpretation that drives relentlessly forward with dynamic bass groove and intricate percussive rhythms. A new chord progression adds further intrigue as does a searing breakdown full of melodic prowess.

A flurry of white filled the empty and quiet night with life and splendor.  In this winter slumber, listen close for whispers of love.

Jeronimo Lopez Amadori aka Deep Within was born in February of 1989 and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, now based on Barcelona. He felt his attraction to the first synths, rhythm boxes, and subs generated by bands and producers like Chemicals Brothers, Moby, Morcheeba, Tricky, Massive attack, Portishead, Prodigy, Faithless, and more. This search and discovery of electronic music was accompanied by the desire to manipulate and mix those styles. He started taking classes with Juan Pryor, renowned Underground DJ of Buenos Aires, who taught him the concepts of the mixing.

Amadori has shared the DJ booth with a vast array of accomplished producers and DJs alike such as Bart Skils, Acid Pauli, Geju, Nick Muir, Olivier Weiter, Sailor&I,  Karmon, Digitaria, Jimmy Van M, Robert Hardy, Madloch, Andrea Cassino, Marcelo Vasami, Kevin Di Serna, Soundexile, Facundo Mohrr, Ariel Rodz,  Mike Griego, and many more.

You can find his tracks on labels like Shanti Moscow Radio, Magician On Duty, The Purr, Gentlemen Lounge Records, Balkan Connection South America, Suffused, among others. The sounds of Amadori have already garnered the support from heavy hitters like Lee Burridge, Hernan Cattaneo, Gorje Hewek & Izhevski, Dale Middleton, MUUI, Kora, Death On Balcony, PHCK, Kevin Di Serna, Nicholas Van Orton, and Christian Voldstad.

Hoito is the brand new label from Sascha Braemer - but the first release is not coming from Sascha himself. He has chosen BOg as first artist on his new imprint as the Romanian is one of Sascha Braemer’s favorite producers at the moment. Luckily the Atlant label-owner was interested and delivered a variation of three outstanding tracks. Hoito’s definition is to create a mix of music and events, so make sure you keep this name in your head.

Brandenburg Techno Orchestra - Mondfinsternis now available on Coldharbour Black

Miami Music Week is always a special time of year for Coldharbour Recordings; as it welcomes the legion of DJs and clubbers to its hometown. Marking the label's output this year is the responsibility of new, techno-influenced sibling, Coldharbour Black; and introducing a new title to the roster.

The name? Brandenburg Techno Orchestra - derived from the north-eastern German state - and donning an introductory bow with a two-pronged hello.

Leading the way is "Mondfinsternis" - translated to English as "Lunar Eclipse", with the sky's murky glimpse matched with a dark-toned driven bassline. "Mindset" is the more boisterous brother; but with a sprinkling of melodic charm to compliment the aggressive core. Whatever the choice, both will transmit an infectious nature.

Ideal for those late nights which transition towards early mornings; it's a stellar debut outing for one Brandenburg Techno Orchestra, whetting the appetite for more.
