@henzotrax, an artist of ever-shifting momentum, has demonstrated his skills on this EP — it's sure to get you grooving to a cold shouldered chug all autumn. ‘Iron Lighter’ features four sturdy constructed tracks criss-crossed with a heady mix of club influences, as well as encompassing a ferromagnetic remix by @deejaymosca. This whole EP is comfortably sailing in Henzo’s signature style - dancehall indebted slow burners with a touch of distress and drama for good measure - and swagger.

For the first release of the 10” series, we welcome Design Default to the Dome with an EP that effortlessly orbits a beautiful yet precisely constructed world. The release encapsulates the atmosphere of his previous ambient works with the energy of his left of centre club releases demonstrating the depth of output this Parisian producer is capable of.
 
On the A-side, we dip into his distinctive approach to sound design with glistening melodies, flourishing through an array dreamy soundscapes on Eta Aquariids. We welcome back PD favourite Sputnik One whose rework ups the energy levels with a flip certified to move the floor while maintaining the euphoria and bliss of the original.

On the B, we are again transported to unexplored worlds on the uplifting journey of  Kagura where fragmented particles collide on the backdrop of uplifting otherworldly atmospheres.

Takama-ga-hara reflects the lofty sacred world from which the name implies - weaving through a haze of influences giving us something beautiful, engaging and unique and following on from a tough couple of years, a positive look into the future as we move towards more freedom, connection and positivity.

South London’s Coe made his production debut last year on Dublin’s Woozy imprint - now making his mighty return with a masterclass in mutant bass workouts. It’s an impressive release which features a remix from 3024/Version affiliate Yak. An exciting new producer to watch out for!

Comic Sans Records is back with a new compilation of 7 fun tools to play in imaginary clubs.

Realitycheck - Breach

Scuffed Recordings line up the fifth release in the Scuffed Presents compilation series, looking ahead to 2021 with four new artists to the label, and sounds ranging from broken bass, UK garage, rave-inspired breaks, and rolling techno.

Opening the release is Austrian producer @awo_ojiji, a longstanding member of the Graz-based collective Disko404 who released his debut ‘Static Flow’ EP in 2020 on Eternal Ocean. His unique interpretation of broken, bass-led techno on ‘Woozy’ marks him out as an artist to watch in 2021.
