My guest on this weeks show is my friend, DJ & artist Lawrence Brown AKA, Someone Sunny. I met Lawrence as all people do nowadays online on Instagram, we’re in the same worlds and we started following each other and soon before I launched the show I discovered through an online post about Lawrence’s loss of his sister. We soon became active in speaking with each other and the first time we actually met was recording this very show. But Lawrence has an incredible energy about him and I instantly felt like I had known him for years. As his alias Someone Sunny, Lawrence has created a beautiful and inviting world  that helps connect the dots between electronic music and wellness. He speaks so fluently in emotion and depth at great ease, I could listen to Lawrence talk for hours.

Larmour, the UK-born and Tbilisi Georgia-based artist, is set to release his upcoming 'False Thoughts EP' on March 3rd via MOTE Records, aka Mood Of The Era. The EP takes listeners on a journey through Larmour's personal experiences and emotions as he navigates a new country and discovers the challenges and triumphs of life in a new place.

The 'False Thoughts EP' showcases Larmour's love for breaks, combined with a rich tapestry of emotions, from love to pain, loneliness, joy, and nostalgia. The four tracks on the EP, including the title track 'False Thoughts,' '52Down', 'Over' and the highly-anticipated 'N.A,' offer a glimpse into Larmour's world and provide a moving, danceable soundscape that explores the complexities of human emotions.

A massive welcome to Midnight Boil!! These guys were a massive inspiration to us when we first began Love Project. Their party innovation is unparalleled in Naarm. Their iconic ute they would perform out of as well as their alleyway parties are a staple of Melbourne’s event culture.

We were so thrilled to have them on board to film at Revolver Lane and boy did they kill it. Behind the camera we could not stop dancing. All vinyl and just fun and groovy beats. Their energy was electric and we cannot wait to hear them play again.

Q1E2 Recordings present the 2nd single taken from Dr.Sud's forthcoming EP 'Heading South'.

He’s a Rome-born, Berlin-raised producer whose music is a fusion of percussion-centric soundscapes and integrated jazz-leaning harmonies, drawing inspiration from diverse genres like electronica, funk, and house.

‘Brina’, a word which in Italian refers to morning dew – perhaps found on a tent on the morning of a festival – represents the breaking of dawn with broken beats. The track breaks and squints into the start of the day with spacious kick drums leaving room for warm, almost familiar pads and keys.
