For his Dirtybird debut, German DJ-producer and Moon Harbour label boss Matthias Tanzmann has offered up a gritty two-tracker titled 'The Treat'.

Ahead of its release, Tanzmann has handed over the EP's title track to Mixmag. The tune reinterprets the Detroit techno influences that have informed Matthias' sound since he first started producing in his native city of Leipzig in the early 2000s. The track's warbling synth compositions, driving bassline and infectious vocal refrain make it a perfectly heady fit for the Dirtybird camp.

'The Treat' drops on March 1 via Dirtybird Records.
