now then now then out to all you geezers who made to the soundcoud description. i have to say, i really hope you enjoy listening to this as much as i enjoyed making it. more than that though, as it was by far the most therapeutic music I have made in my life so far. this is EP is a tale of love lost and love found, yes thats right - its the story of my love of sparkling water. im sure youve all been told, theres plenty more fish in the sea. and this is certainly true when it comes to picking a bottle of refreshing water to drink, but then theres one that nothing compares to. anyway, u know what i mean

Following his Anjunadeep debut late last year with ‘Undercurrents’, London-based Frost now announces an official release for his massive single ‘Overtones’. 

A fan favourite from Anjunadeep 11, 'Overtones' became renowned for its killer breaks and addictive synth riff. Heavily influenced by the sound of classic UK house music, the track also features an inspirational anonymous sample. 

Originally from Sydney, Frost has released on Mau5trap, alongside official remixes for the likes of ZHU and Sofi Tukker. His crisp production illustrates why he has garnered support from industry heavyweights such as Pete Tong.

Sheffield production // DJ trio Denham Audio, make their Lobster Theremin debut with an incredible 5 tracker of breaks and bass, backed with a club fuelled remix from Lobster family regular Maruwa.  

EP opener ‘Feel The Panic’ sets the pace, crunchy drums with scorching acid basslines and old rave esque vocal hooks, merging into a dancefloor driven weapon.

‘Volt’ injects a punch, chopped up drum sequences with floating vocals and pulsating synth lines, one for the early hours of the dance. 

On the flip side Denham Audio leads with a drum driven roller ‘Bobby Wobbler’, breaks and beats soar and transform into a weighty number. 

‘Check 1’ blends classic rave esque sound pallets with punchy kick drums and clean, crisp synth lines.

Maruwa’s remix of ‘Check 1’ showcases her incredible ability to create productions destined to do the business in the clubs, hands in the air pads play gracefully with the drum elements from the original production. This one is for the ravers.

Queens of Club is an upcoming female/non-binary double compilation from RAIDERS whose two distinct parts "Astral Booty" and "Night Shift" each have their own theme. There will also be a custom engraved USB stick containing both albums and a plethora of bangin' bonus content which will drop with Night Shift on November 1st.

For its fourth release, @t4tluvnrg presents an EP of two beautiful songs and one evocation by label co-founder, DJ, and producer @octoocta. 'She’s Calling' is the third piece in Octo Octa’s two-year exploration of the connection between music and ritual, closing the loop on themes explored on her 'For Lovers' EP (Technicolour, 2019) and full-length album 'Resonant Body' (T4T LUV NRG, 2019).

While many describe dance music in terms of escape, for Octo Octa and many others like her, dance music is about connection. The connections we feel on a dancefloor are transformative, but in time spent alone, dance music remains a powerful tool for connection with nature, with ourselves, and with something ineffable that feels like magic. The title-track, 'Goddess Calling', captures a moment of such revelry, a result of the union of sound and ritual.
