‘THE FORMULA’ is the debut release from @blumitsu, the combined forces of UK club heavyweights @bluetooof and @jossymitsu, exploring their shared love of electro and techno.

Opener ‘DUALITY’ encompasses the approach perfectly with its sinister arpeggiated bassline and dystopian voice sampling laying out the conceptual framework of the project: “The state of having two opposing parts combining as one.”

‘Congratulations’ is the debut EP from @rajirags on his OTIH Records label. A culmination of his influences merged together, the EP spans breakneck percussive rhythms across five tracks.

‘Bullet Train’ featuring @soniacalico is full of sharp corners and hi-hats that hiss, a breakdown that distorts bowed double bass beyond recognition, and stuttering note echos from Koto synths before returning back to the driving and shuffling Taiko and Darbuka drums.

Brussels-based label @malocarecords presents 'SIIIX, Vol.1', a compilation-turned-collaborative EP showcasing a dialogue between HIIIT (fka percussion ensemble Slagwerk Den Haag) and six producers - shimmering between footwork, IDM, UK bass and ambient.

The final result is six wildly different sonic outcomes, from the high-energy workouts of @upsammy’s ‘Embrytone’ to Julian Satorius’s warped rhythms in ‘Klutsel-Klötzli’.
