First upload from my TUT spin-off, MixMatch. This is where my music or remakes will appear first.

I have grown an affection with Porter Robinson & Madeon's music recently because their music is just amazing. Shame I didn't heard about them earlier in 2014-2015 but I'm glad I'm listening to their music now.

So, I decided to whip up this. My own Shelter Tour remake of Home, mostly because this is probably my favourite version of this song. It's not exactly like the original but considering the lack of resources with it, I'm pretty happy with how it came out.

Description from video:
I will admit, I didn't hear much of Porter Robinson until I heard the Worlds live mashup video back in April-May and didn't hear his music until shortly after my holiday in Italy. But, when I did, my goly it was beautiful. It's nostalgic, elegant and emotional and is certainly one of the better artists in the 21st Century.

So, I decided to remake Sad Machine using the Mega-Drive soundfont but also MIDI Out (Plugin from FL Studio). This song just takes the much-memed (if you could say that) MIDI soundfonts and makes it sound like pure heaven. It's amazing. And, that's why I left one of the instruments the original because I don't think this song could be the same without it. Total of three days it took me and I'm pleased with the results.

Mean Machine (Sega MD SF with MIDI Out Remix of Sad Machine)

A song that I've honestly wanted to do for a while. A SNES version of probably one of the best songs for 2016, Shelter. This song is something special, I can't describe why but I know that it is one of my favourite songs of all time.

Which of course, gets a remake. This one was actually tricky due to the bass drums, it's hard trying to find a perfect balance of power and quietness. Synths were also kinda tricky to master. Apart from that, I honestly like how it came out. I also added a slight nod to the live tour version of Shelter.

Shelter The Video Game (SNES Soundfont Remix of Shelter)

Originally going to be an SNES remix but because the SNES piano sounds kinda naff TBH, I decided to opt for the Gamecube soundfonts. Anyway, after listening to the piano version of Shelter, I fell in love and decided to do this. Oddly enough, it sounds kinda similar to the original except for a few differences. But, anyway hope you like this one! :)

I wasn't expecting to create another mashup with these two gods but after listening to this awesome mashup, I just had to do this because it's so good. I didn't have to use much sources for this one, just good ol' Sylenth1 and drum samples. This one was pretty hard to get it right, mostly in the synths and the lead and like previously, it may not sound exact but overall, I'm pretty happy with it and I hope you like it too! :)
