Hey <3 My name is Fillo, I was born in Barcelona but I am currently living in London.   
I flow between different genres of music; when I started I had a more industrial dark techno style with a bit of acid-techno, but I really vibe with trance or hi-tech. 
I like when the dance floor is not exclusively for dancing; my favourite moments are when you create that special energy where, even if you are surrounded by people, you feel that level of comfort that you can express yourself or act as you were alone in the whole club.

A: "The soundtrack to my life would be ‘Smack my bitch up’ by The Prodigy. I know it can be a bit of a clichè, but the energy that can be channelled in the tune, the anger, the sound design and just everything about the track and the group was pivotal in developing my production style and taste."

Italy-born, London-based DJ and producer NARA shares a podcast to blow away the Bank Holiday cobwebs. In this mix, NARA showcases her hardcore and gabber-influenced sound palette, creating a helter-skelter ride through breakneck rhythms, urgent melodies and murderous drums. As a producer, NARA's aesthetic is equally energetic. Previous releases on LCY's label @szns7n, UK imprint @sprktchn, London label @bemorechildish, Croatian label @lowincomesquad and Los Angeles' @evar-records display her versatile work across several genres, from ambient to bass to experimental to leftfield, while collaborations with Manuka Honey and MarcelDune also feature in her discography.

To prepare my sets I always draw inspiration from a color or a feeling that inspires me. Today for this set, I was inspired by the feeling that love gives me. Like an increasingly intense path from the discovery of the other to attachment, bewitchment... Leaving with techno music that goes towards trance. My sets are almost always progressive and textured. I like to take the public into something mental and introspective while keeping a melodic and joyful aspect with rave influences.

Favourite party:
I am very proud of our Lyon evenings, we have a wealth of events and collectives! I have a very special relationship with GARÇON SAUVAGE, a queer collective that gave me my chance at the beginning and allowed me to do my first big sugar scene, they invited me again this beginning of the year to the mythical Rex club, I am very proud and grateful. I would necessarily also say the evenings of my metanoia collective, because the time I spend thinking about evenings and programming gives me a lot of pleasure, I have a lot of ideas and I hope that we will be able to develop them later. In general, I prefer small/medium collectives to big money factories that lose their initial values and commitments. I feel better about it and I find it more honest! I really support the work of "matiere", "everybody trance", "tits" a young female collective who recently invited me to Montreal with my friend Laze, I am very grateful to be able to start living this with music!

Essential element in a night:
Makes sense but I need to feel comfortable in the evening, with people who come for the music and not necessarily just to party. I find that for some time, the evenings loose their charms and I recognize myself in them less and less. I also like when the visual aspect is working. I prefer to go out less and choose my events carefully!

Recommendation:
I will recommend the work of my friend KIRARA a drag artist who is part of my collective and performs, mixes, produces and still does a lot of things ! @fuck_kirara
