It is both comforting and overwhelming sitting at a bench by yourself. Alone in thought while watching everyone else around you. human interaction, conversation, body language, different voices around your floating mind. I am hearing  so many things at once; to only hear myself. I don't think people really understand the value of happiness until they know what it's like to be in that very,very dark place. I'm paralyzed when i'm miserable. I will always try to be happy.
