Chakras, by definition, are Energy Centres within the Human Body that help to regulate all its processes, from organ function to to the immune system and emotions. We can commonly count 7 Chakras positioned throughout your body, from the base of your spine to the crown of your head. 

This Mantra resonates each of the 7 Chakras in turn, taking you on a Meditative journey through the vibrational frequencies to Awaken, Activate and Balance the specific functions that serve to make you a Happy and Healthy human.
