TBT from M.A.D. BASS. This one was never released and it was never finished not mastered. Why was it never finished? I had borrowed a friend's 101 to make most of these sounds and he needed it back, then my computer hard drive died and I lost a lot of "newer data / songs" that I had not backed up. I had recorded this as a way for me to test out the tune and play it out prior to the crash. I liked this one and regreted never getting it done. Produced in 1999 on a Mac Performa 466, Cubase 1, Recycle 1, Akai S3000XL sampler, and Yamaha Pro Mix 01 and of course Brad Peterson's 101.

I'm an American Drum & Bass producer & DJ. Releases on PTSM (NYC), Broken Trax (London), and my own imprints 
Inverse Recordings, and older vinyl & CD releases on M.A.D. BASS Recordings (99-04). 

Early on, in my most active years (1993 to 2004), I performed in the Midwest and North West with occasional tours and one-off events on the East & West coasts. In those years I played on line ups with many of the biggest names in Drum & Bass from the UK & US. 

For many years I performed weekly live-on-air mixed broadcasts on:

(There were a few pirate station residencies also)

In 1998 I began M.A.D. Bass Recordings (Middle American Drum & Bass) with a friend and investor (Yeji Hong; Bellecore Productions, Boston MA) to release my own DnB tunes and those of the talent I thought had merit to be pressed in vinyl. Through M.A.D. Bass we released numerous vinyl 12" 45 singles and a CD LP. All releases were mastered by The Exchange in London. Artists that had releases on M.A.D. BASS included: 

Embee (Juice, Splash, Ganja, Eastside, Fuze)
KC (Symmetry, Human, Eat Brain).  
NoiseFloor (Propa/Impropa Talent). 

Other collaborative releases that appeared on M.A.D. BASS included: 
3vil G3nius, Troll, Mowgli, Mayday, Danny C, Brad Peterson (Moods & Grooves), and Digicide. 

Some of the pseudonyms I've produced tracks under are: MK2, ZeroSum, Dirty South, Kindred Spirit, Tryptech, Paradox, Ken2Keys, and Bootleg.

I've always been a fan of any kind of music - so long as it appeals to my ears. DnB is still my forte but I've decided to branch out and produce whatever I feel like whenever the idea hits me. Therefore in addition to the DnB I produce you will find some clips of slower tempo tunes I've produced and posted on this page.
