I went to the movies twice this summer, after not having been there since well before the pandemic. This music came out of that experience, as I was reminded of how much I love the cinema.

Roll The Credits

All things must pass.....even the enlightened state (Nirvana)...(not the band).....that feeling when a steady state starts to breakdown.

Wind ensemble tracks: Clarinet (5); Flute (4); Alto Sax (2); Tenor Sax (2); Soprano Sax (2); Oboe (2). 

0 - 1.49 min -  steady melodic A/B structure (few random elements appear)..
1.50....gradual descent into chaos on B section until 2.02 when soprano saxes steady it...but free elements gain ground
2.17 - section A with oboe holding it up...against some disintegrating chaos (panned).. 
2.32 - return of B section and the final comedown...oboes trying hard till the end.

That's the way i saw it anyhow.  [Try it with headphones if poss.]

Hey... thanks for dropping by. A sad song about a woman from my past, who fell on hard times by no fault of her own. I am learning how to do some hammer-ons and pull-offs so that part of the song is rough. And of course this is a snippet, and not really a song, so it just ends. Maybe one day I will redo this, maybe not?
