Crossfire is dark, high-tension techno built as a duel in sound — two lead motifs colliding over a steel-framed low-end, trading blows between impact and release. The groove is locked, the transients are razor-clean, and the bass tail is sculpted for clarity rather than mud or hype.

The track moves like a controlled detonation: tightly wound build-ups, pressure-point drops, and surgical automation across the stereo field. Metallic perc, gated atmospheres, and morphing synth lines weave in and out of each other like opposing forces locked in a stand-off — aggressive, but never sloppy; cinematic, but never overdecorated.

Intent: a focused burst of energy for peak moments — a weapon for darker floors that still carries the premium, minimal, and intelligent DNA of the MIGU universe.

Chapter I — Fracture & Form
Within the first MIGU chapter, Crossfire is the trial by impact — the moment where everything forged so far is tested under pressure. Instinct (Basic Instinct), shadow (Nightmare), and light (Afterlight) have already shaped the core; Hexforge has given it form. For our birthday, we chose the Italian born and raised Sisko Electrofanatik & Klaark and their 'Hyperion' single. This is a dark and melodic track produced with a festival scent on it. Built around a gigantic acid bassline and a distinctive percussive signature, it is an original worth trying in big stages or where the crowds can be difficult to move/ 
Massive, dark and melodic, groovy, yet sturdy and strict, it resembles VOLTAGE's music sound signature in the best possible way. 

Steve Mulder's remix is a blast! Speedy, intense and with various elements of the classic techno tracks of the 90's. The Dutch producer is definitely giving his own approach to the original, creating a 5AM track impossible for the floor to resist!

Yan Oxygen's remix is darker, crisper and boosted with organic sound elements as well as clever pads and drones creating a more 'improv' result ideal for peak time! the Ukrainian producer really outdid himself on this one!

Celebrating the labels landmark 100th release, Uto Karem has compiled a special 14 track LP with hand-selected new tracks from Cristian Varela, Loco & Jam, Filterheadz, Mladen Tomic, and Anderson Noise plus many others including himself. Along with releasing tracks by established veterans such as UMEK, Rino Cerrone, Ramiro Lopez, The Advent and Ramon Tapia, the label has on many occasions featured fresh new talent, and its vibrant history includes giving early releases to the likes of Joseph Capriati, Paride Saraceni and Rafa Barrios when they were still relatively unknown. A hypnotic compound of techno and tech-house, further enhanced by the powerful groove and bass lines which characterise the sets of Mladen Tomic, Bosnian DJ and producer, who has won the hearts of clubbers across the globe. 
You will recognize his uncompromising sound and strong energy, which is woven into every one of sets. The carefully selected compositions. The unique production. The strong personal touch, whether in production, the mix or the re-mix.

His personal work, recognised and supported by both prominent artists and owners of famous record labels such as Dubfire, Richie Hawtin, John Acquaviva, Monika Kruse, Umek, Popof, Adam Beyer, Stefano Noferini and others, have catapulted him to among the best, and opened the doors of the most prestigious clubs and festivals around the world.

In March 2012, Mladen and Sian’s joint single "Front Pocket", remixed by Nicole Moudaber, reached number 1 on the Beatport Techno charts and the original mix No.3. In the January 2013 edition of Techno Tools Vol.1 on the famous Suara label, was a great success - up to four compositions were in the techno Top 20, and two in the Top 10, with “Physical Level”, on the 4th and “Tune” in 8th place in the techno charts. Mladen’s remix of "Airscape" by Stefano Noferini found itself in the seventh place on the Beatport techno list. The famous track ‘’Before Sunset” from 2009 has also been a huge worldwide success, and it has been ranked 12th on the tech house list.  “Solar Wind”, which was released on Sci + Tec, was one of the most played tracks in Dubfire's sets in 2014 and was positioned 12th on the Beatport techno chart. "730 Drink" on Night Light Records was on the 9th Essential mix of Richie Hawtin and “West Beach” and “Inside The Bootle”, (which has also appeared on Night Light Records), found themselves in almost every one of Richi’s sets in Ibiza in 2014 and 2015.
 
An equally large success has been achieved by "Dance of Shadows", "Global Mind", "True Story", "Under The Fool Moon", "Tangas", "Lady In The House", "Green Cubes" and so on.

It is also important to mention the successful remixes produced by Mladen for famous artists, including Mauro Picotto, Sebastian Leger, Cristian Varela, Stefano Noferini, Chus & Ceballos, ANNA, Manuel De La Mare, Paolo Mojo, Marko Nastic and Boris.

Mladen’s career began way back in 1999, when he joined forces with Sinisa Tamamović to promote events in their native Banja Luka and toured the Western Balkans. They soon founded their own label, Night Light Records, which is now the synonym for quality, innovation and releases that are always one step ahead.
