Congolese artist, NZanZu (full name Moise Nzanzu Kambale) is a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist born in Washington DC, USA. In 2008, Nzanzu and his parents moved to Dakar, Senegal, where would grow up.

Nzanzu started making beats and recording rap songs at the age of 15, putting them out on SoundCloud and YouTube for people to listen to them. Then, on the 26th of February, 2021, he released his debut album, "MISCONCEPTIONS",  making it his first official streaming platform release, which accumulated over 1,000 combined streams.

So far in 2023, NZanZu has put out a soundtrack for an aspiring manga graphic novel series called "Oblivion Rouge" by Papsouleye Fall on January 13. He also collaborated with pianist Nil Palacios on an EP titled "Masterkey to Insomnia", released on February 3. Most recently, he released a solo EP titled "Pan-African Emo", complete with acoustic arrangements and lyrics about his reaction to living in Liverpool for a year.

cre- Uuscula strips "complete" songs of their vocals & the vocalist's accompanying guitar, leaving an excess, a shadow album of layers from below - forgotten underneaths, the nonmaterial flesh of relations - & the stitching of chimes-like melodies. It calls into question teleologically dialectical "completions" that have suburbanized from the webbings beneath & throughout.
