Cambridge trio formed in 2015. Influenced by Broken Social Scene, My Morning Jacket, Sea Wolf

First Frost, a Boston-based indie rock four-piece, debuted in April of 2015 under the name Foliage. Drawing on elements of shoegaze and experimental rock, the band peppers noise and oddity into songs while maintaining an accessible sound.

Ryan Leo is a multidisciplinary vocalist who is known for his soft, airy choruses and water-like, philosophically-charged verses. A rose in the pavement of the underground scene in Los Angeles, he released a number of singles during 2020 in collaboration with One Window Studios, King Gerudo, and Esteban, such as "Jade," "Every Night," "Make it," and "Permanent." 

In the following years he released "Love is You," a project with longtime friend and collaborator Happy Mynor. In 2023 he released a solo tape, "Birds Discussing Business," an homage to growing up, shaking bad relationships, and the radical changes he endured.

What's for sure is that Ryan will continue to push his sound, expression, and unconditional love for years to come.

Marco is a vocalist, guitarist, pianist, percussionist, and also realizes that these are just different tools for expressing a common language. His music is groovy, flush with vocal harmony, and presented with levity.
