We’re continuously in awe of the endless possibilities of music production, the ability to capture the very essence and energetic vibration of something, even in physical form, and portray it sonically; or capturing a fleeting moment of nature’s voice - never to sound the same again - and shaping it into a soundscape, element or rhythm enticing the listener to move or meditate, or both. Without necessarily realising it, as we listen to the final creative output, we become locked in a dialogue with the universe, spurred on by so much more than we might realise, re-living and honouring moments in time which happened to be captured and transformed. Magical stuff, if you choose to see it that way. 

Zemög (Circular Limited, From a Lost Place et al) is an artist who, through the delicate intricacies of his work (testament to his devotion for sound art and design) continuously feeds the awe we experience. Transporting us to wondrous and mystical places, his inspiration being high mountain ecosystems and indigenous cultural and musical environments, Zemög strongly resonates with the energetic realm that connects all living things, with his productions and mixes seeking to remove us from the physical and take us on a ride through blissful meditative states and mental expansion.

Mod21 is the project of Manuele Chiaravalloti, an Italian electronic music producer and experimental sound artist. Born in Satriano, Italy, his musical journey began in 2007 when he moved to Switzerland. Here, after 7 years of musical research, produces his first two works released on the Munich-based label Prologue. 

His music emerges from a deep and rich imagination which flows into sounds dark and slippery that seem to be born in the bowels of a parallel world to ours. Browsing increasingly abstract concepts of sound, carefully processed, the result is a particular footprint easily recognizable.

Dirty Epic welcomes aboard @scopekim for its forty sixth episode of Amplify Series.

Scøpe, a Korean techno producer and DJ, runs a SCOPÁVIK podcast series that introduces mix of techno artists from all over the world. And he is holding a regular party called SCOPÁVIK in club vurt. In 2018, he started running a record label of the same name and is establishing his own world of music. Since his debut EP in 2014, he has been constantly showing his own sounds from his every releases.

His dynamic DJ sets almost push the listeners into trance by eliciting their subconscious movements with new grooves which rhythmical structures in each track organically intertwine with each other and incrementally accumulate into, and then all of a sudden lead them to a lyrical tone, thus presenting listeners with the type of joy that only techno music can deliver by creating an intersection between reason and instinct.

Clarence Rise, a deep techno producer and DJ, creates music that is sometimes dark yet always introspective, drawing from his deep connection to nature and the complexities of the psyche. His compositions blend intricate rhythms with organic sound design, immersing the listener in hypnotic and textured soundscapes. He crafts a crackling, syncopated techno while also exploring the depths of Deep DnB and tribal sounds. Mattia Dambrosio is a music producer / jazz guitarist and a resident dj in the Armonika collective. With his DJ sets, he manages to create empathetic soundscapes that are culturally refined and resonate with the dancefloor. His sound originates and converges towards techno, with a dark matrix, then extends to dub techno / deep / ambient and more vibrant frequencies. Research, movement, and attention to detail are the characteristics that define his sets.
