The second mix for Altrove is a kind of a shamanic ritual, Nil Wow starts with tribal sounds and slowly moves to a fine balance between moments of introspection and ecstatic dreams.

“Let’s dive together into a dimension of visions and tribal movements.

With this third recording we want to embrace the change of seasons with a wider range of sounds, Tommy Cyaen takes us on an adventurous trip with some unexpected twists.

"Ognidove is a whim, a raving, a wandering everywhere except outside the skull and yet far beyond. In psychic geography it is like tracing an itinerary with a magnifying glass, the details are the panorama. A sublimation interspersed with contractions and distensions, like a rhapsody of intentions, of melodic flashes and redundant reflections."

Aset is the first work of several souls in movement, a sound artist who finds inspiration in the electricity of the wind.
A fluid identity in continuous metamorphosis, which composes her pieces by stealing them from the ground she tramples on.
Aset nourishes itself with changes in pressure, scents and landscapes, without ever getting satisfied.
Sound comes from the moon and the sun, caresses and scrapes the eardrum with infinite authenticity.
An incessant change on the earth's surface, capable of gently shaping or striking vigorously.
An existence that finds harmony thanks to the sound sensitivity with which one travels.

ΔLTROVΞ 004 Aset

For this session we have a master of the rawness and  textural sound, from the underground between ticino and berlin, we are happy to welcome Nuru. 

We are cruising through hoods lived, and organised, by tribes of sharp Lords of the Strings living - almost symbiotically - with centuries-old deep-rooted creatures. Proto-emotions are mutually expressed through an amalgam metalanguages, some kind of deep understanding is born where the organic investigates the techno-logical.

“The robot’s chrome-steel arms, capable of bending a bar of steel two inches in diameter into a pretzel, wound about the little girl gently and lovingly, and his eyes glowed a deep, deep red.”

Back in the day, like a hundred years ago, I started my career as a DJ and organizer with jungle/drum and bass music. So, once in a blue moon, I dust off my vinyl and digital collection and play some broken beats. Here’s a recording of my mix for Diemo’s radio show on OpenLab Radio, which aired at the end of 2023.

Zara is a rising Australian DJ, producer and label head, with a sound that traverses the polyrhythmic and psychedelic. Zara has releases on labels such as Animalia, Salt Mines, Pure Space and more. Her sets have been turning heads within the international scene, playing at institutions like De School, Tresor, and Spazio Disponsible’s label showcase.

For MNMT 429 Zara presents a two-hour swirling vortex, effortlessly weaving together eclectic selections into a seamless deep trip for the mind and body.

Here we are again with a new musical adventure, this time featuring a mix from Phanom, a Brussels-based artist who has played in some of Belgium’s best clubs and performed at Mo:Dem Festival.

The moment I listened to what she had prepared, I realized how much our musical backgrounds align. This set perfectly reflects my own musical journey, starting with a fast-paced, psychedelic energy that even touches on sounds I used to play over a decade ago, like forest and dark psy. 
Gradually, it transitions into deeper, more hypnotic textures, slowing the tempo and settling into the vibe that defines my sound today.

It feels both personal and a bit surreal, but sometimes, the right musical connection happens naturally between people who share a similar path and evolution.
