Not your typical jam band! The sound is a creative blend of prog rock, jazz, funk, indie, blues, hip hop, and r&b. Each show is a unique experience. A review (a.k.a. random genre generator) called us "melodic acidcore," and we couldn't agree more.

PsyRen® is a solo project based in Portland Oregon, started by Ren in 2006 after being given that nickname by friends.  In 2019, she created Pelorum Records.  Her tunes have been spun by underground dark psy DJ's from various different parts of the earth.

Rebis- 1. (alchemy) The end product of the alchemical magnum opus or “great work,” a reunion of opposing qualities such as spirit and matter or male and female, represented by an androgynous being. 
2. An androgyne.
The Rebis (from the Latin res bina, meaning double matter) is the end product of the alchemical "great work." After one has gone through putrefaction and purification, separating opposing qualities, those qualities are united once more in what is sometimes described as the divine hermaphrodite—a reconciliation of spirit and matter, a being of both male and female qualities.
Rebis is the live electronic project of Andrew James. Over the past fifteen years, they have played in live bands making psychedelic experimental noise punk music. They were introduced to the world of darkpsy in 2012 at a gathering by Atrium Obscurum, and their life was forever changed. They continued playing guitar, synthesizer, and vocals in live bands but had a burning desire for something more. During the lockdown of 2020, Andrew began teaching themself electronic music production, focusing on dark, experimental, psytrance/psycore/slambient. From there, Rebis was born. Rebis has released music on labels Sacred Macabre Crew and In Dance We Trance.
