A mainstay of the progressive scene and a core member of the onedotsixtwo family since day one, Chris has delivered four unforgettable releases that helped shape our sonic identity. Now, for our milestone 100th release, he brings a stunning trifecta of originals “Shadows,” “Moodfunk,” and “Tangent” each one pulsing with the finesse and melodic intelligence that have made him a DJ favourite for decades. Nicolas Benedetti (Argentina), known for his work with labels like Sound Avenue and Dreamers, steps up with a sublime remix of “Tangent”, injecting it with a Latin pulse and intricate musicality that reflects the soul of Buenos Aires after dark. Already on the radar of global tastemakers, this remix announces Benedetti as one of South America’s most intriguing progressive voices.

Na, geht es Euch allen gut? Wir hoffen doch… 
Der Sommer neigt sich nun langsam dem Ende zu und wir begeben uns Richtung Herbst. 

Zeit die Club-Saison zu eröffnen.

Ein grandioses Sommerabschluss- und Jubiläumsset liegt hinter uns. Ein Set welches sich gewaschen hat und vor allem mal eine etwas andere Richtung als gewohnt eingeschlagen hat. Lieber @gabriel-vitel, uns fehlen immer noch die Worte - einfach nur: Geil!!! Tausend Dank und auf ein baldiges Treffen mit viel Kaffee und Kuchen...

Auf zu neuen Ufern… 

Wir freuen uns sehr David „Guzy“ an unserer frisch gedeckten Kaffeetafel begrüßen zu dürfen. Nach einem netten Plausch, mit deliziösem Haselnussschnaps (danke an dieser Stelle an den Importeur Elektro Uwe), im Klunkerkranich in Berlin, und einigen entspannten Mails im Anschluss, hat der gute Mann für uns etwas richtig  feines selektiert. Guzy ist jemand bei dem  man den Eindruck hat, dass er Musik durch und durch lebt. 
Ständig auf Achse sein und dabei auch noch produzieren steht bei ihm scheinbar an erster Stelle. Wir glauben mit an Sicherheit grenzender Wahrscheinlichkeit zu wissen, dass man von diesem ungemein sympathischen Herrn in Zukunft noch sehr viel hören wird. Wir drücken ihm nach Kräften die Daumen, auf dass das alles so klappt, wie er es sich wünscht.

Mo Bangles, a.k.a Desert Jesuz, rekindled his passion for DJ-ing in 2018 after a hiatus since the Vinyl era, where Jorge Capkovic (R.I.P) played a pivotal role. His journey was reignited by the mesmerizing Playa Sounds experienced during his inaugural visit to Afrikaburn. A promise made to himself materialized in 2019 when he returned to deliver his debut Burn set.

The Ethiopian Coffee Fractal Chill became the canvas for Mo's distinctive blend of Downtempo beats and Slow Soulful music, a departure from the usual Burn soundscape. 
The ambiance he crafted resonated deeply with the audience, offering a profound sense of peace, love, and tranquility. The crowd's enthusiastic response became Mo's driving force to continuously share his music with beautiful souls.

While Mo doesn't have a specific genre preference, he believes in playing music that exudes love from the heart. Influenced by legends like Sasha, John Digweed, and Sander Kleinenberg, who captured his imagination during the Underground era, 
Mo also draws inspiration from local talents like Don Wildman and KRIZZOLOGY (Family), #The Thrillogy 

Mo extends his gratitude to music enthusiasts worldwide, acknowledging the support and love he has received. He considers himself honored and blessed by the connection. He envisions music as the binding force that harmonizes us in the matrix of existence.
