When life gives you lemons...  ...learn to juggle.

At least that's what we did in the summer of 2021, when the window of opportunity opened up for us to organize a small gathering after a year of the pandemic.

We are happy to share sounds from unique Mo:Dem Mutations events.

Mo:Dem Mutations V.1 : from 9 to 15 August 2021 
Mo:Dem Mutations V.2 : from 16 to 22 August 2021

Mo:Dem Mutations V.1 & V.2 took place on the lower part of the Mo:Dem location, on the banks of the Mrežnica river. Mutations were featuring our usual musical program, with a slight alteration. As The Hive stage was closed, visitors were able to witness a unique, once-in-a-modemtime experience of The Hive music concept on The Swamp island. At the same time The Seed featured a blend of The Swamp and The Seed music.

Once again we wish to express our love and gratitude to the friends, family, artists and visitors that supported us during these weird and hard times. Next edition of Mo:Dem Festival is scheduled for 8 - 14 August 2022.

Originally from France, HighCUE discovered his passion for underground music at massive raves and psytrance festivals across Europe. After moving to Western Canada, he began blending the raw energy of acid techno with the groovy, melodic signature of the West Coast.

Today, his sound has evolved into a deeper exploration of techno, acid, and minimalist styles. With a love for old-school structure and analog textures, HighCUE builds spacious sets that leave room for live improvisation on his TB-3 acid bassline synth. His hybrid performances channel both nostalgia and innovation, taking listeners on unpredictable, high-voltage journeys across genres and eras.

Beyond the booth, HighCUE is also a community builder. With his partner, he co-founded Synesthesia—a Vancouver-based collective creating immersive underground events that merge cutting-edge sound with visionary production

Mentary is a french dj and producer based in the south of France, in the city of Toulouse. He started to get interesting in electronic music in discovering the Jeff Mills mix up in Tokyo from 1995. He played for now 20 year in France and Spain, next big names as Luke Slater, Terence Fixmer, Phase, Perc, Tommy four seven , Roman Poncet , Shifted and many more. One of the owner and resident of the Endless Festival in Toulouse, he contributes in his own way to the share and discovery of techno music in his city.
Since 2013 Aurélien decided to shape his Mentary project by producing and bringing his own vision of music. He describes his sound as techno with this heavy influence of Uk techno bass, melting to the sophisticated Berlin vibes. Mentary's sound has got something very bouncing always digging by some mental and deep waves with a dubby flavors.
