Shona lays Nomvula’s amazing vocals over a very subtle and pluck driven sound with beautiful chord progression and an arty groove with constant spine chilling moments.  Shona's unique afro percussion, marimba, atmosphere signature brings out the simmering energies to the fore.  Here Nomvula has a personal conversation with Adonai, seeking redemption and in the subsequent cleansing,  the heaven's gates open up to her. This story is an uplifting song to anyone from any religion that no matter how lost we are, we can still be redeemed for all our wrongs.

Self-taught DJ/Producer Atmos Blaq has caught our attention since his debut release back in 2019 and we’re excited to have him on centerstage for a three-tracker like no other. The Soweto born-and-raised rising star has unleashed his musical prowess potently and radiantly over the past
few years, and he flourishes in MBR430.
Starting off the EP, ‘Nefarious’ descends into the underworld, privy to the future and mesmerized by unremitting darkness. Vigorous bass, lustrous synths and poignant melodies propel this 7:01​ minute overdrive to graceful flagrance, gloating in rare sonic oases along the way. Up next, the treacherous semi aquatic reptile, ‘Ingwenya’ erupts menace. At the helm of an abyssal joyride into stratas of intricate organic and electronic sounds, Atmos Blaq aces the dancefloor here, devouring the zone with lethal drumming, trippy mechanical inflections and an imperious groove. ‘Infection,’
titled after one of the most infamous and notorious words in recent history, wraps up the EP.
Proliferating acoustic pathogens, this man made contagion penetrates the body, permeating the senses and pervading its locomotion. Erratic percussion, taut, unforgiving basslines and prophetic symphonies collide in this malignant and avaricious finale but don’t fight it. No one escapes
Ingwenya unscathed.

We are living strange, particular times and, as we go through it all, music is still our best ally. The Nazcas, the ones that live through art and beauty and the Viracochas, beings from a distant world that blend and solidarize with us, know this. They´ve come once more to inspire the artists at Nazca Records to write history through electronic beats.
This next release is a reflection of our current days. The world on lock-down has pushed our characters and artists to move forward and define their destiny. Through hard work, Los Suruba have managed to put together a new EP inspired by one of the last authentic corners in Ibiza, Las Dalias. 
Our characters, the Nazcas and Viracochas, have discovered another emblematic corner of the world. Las Dalias is the oldest venue in Ibiza, summing up 76 years of making history. In the 70s Pink Floyd used to throw is parties there making it, to this day a venue on the island to remember. Every Sunday, throughout the summer, people from Ibiza as well as our beloved characters have enjoyed the music delivered by Los Suruba, founders of the mystic label Nazca Records. 
The ‘En Las Dalias, the remixes part 1’ counts with the extraordinary participation of Sandhog, a new face in the label and Wild Dark, who has been an active members of this label. 
 This two remixes are an avant-garde work of sound, a mix of organic and synthetic-like sounds that symbolize the strong relation and actual conflict between human creations and nature. 
‘En Las Dalias, the remixes part 1’ is an ode to this new world we are experiencing, a reflection about the present, a firm memory from the future.

Ringing in the new year, MoBlack Records takes its listeners on a sonic sojourn with a 10-piece
compilation by various up and coming artists from all across the globe. Composed during
unprecedented times, this eclectic mix of forward-thinking, present-focused tracks traverse not
only the vague barriers of an interconnected and equally isolated digital world, but also gray
areas within genres and subgenres that make music feel more intuitive and in the moment.
Parisian artist Notre Dame starts off the Mo’Vibes collection with his vibrant love-charged ode
’Kaneba’, followed by Swiss duo Animal Trainer cruising the humid rhythm of clear turquoise
waters and virulent currents in the ‘Verzasca’. South Africa’s Candy Man takes ‘Two Steps to
Samburu’, drenched in solar elements, in perfect complement to Spanish artist Miganova’s
pursuit of dreamy melodies in ‘Illusion’. Infusing a bit of Brooklyn, Berlin and his Benin roots,
Ameme jolts deep fetching, energies in ‘Ewe’, as Dutch artist LevyM keeps the momentum with
his sultry Movement-inducing contribution MBR415 just before Kiev’s Stas Drive lets the law of
motion sink in, afflicting the vestibular nerve with a sense of giddiness, ‘Vertigo’. Winding down
MoBlack’s first release of 2021, Francisco Garcia lets music speak with ethereal vibes in
‘Talking Without Words,’ and no 2020 VA compilation is quite complete without catching the
tense beat of ‘Lockdown,’ which Mexico’s Jömiêl captures candidly. At the tenth spot, Stix the
Artist lands us back right at home, or ‘Gau Lapeng’ in Southern Sotho, with a pulsating dance
that shrugs off a bit of the old, to vibe in the new. Just in time, Mo’Vibes sets the year off to a
good start.
