Vitalized by Stevo Atambire’s affective Frafra vocals, ‘Anchor Point’ is a gratifying calibration and an immersion into the deep combers of house - rife with dynamic Afro rhythms, permeating strings and eloquent vocal gradients. ‘Waves & wavs’ concludes the saga - powered by robust percussion and the sorcery of Lizwi’s soul-nourishing balladry. Driven by climactic progressions, euphoric melodies and transcendent Moroccan sounds, this harmonic litany interlaces lucid electronic pulses with elemental acoustics to perpetuate a pensive dancefloor meditation.
