Nous sommes en 4036. Le dentologiste de jour et DJ de nuit Eltouss semble avoir tout ce qu’il lui faut pour réussir dans la vie. Une clientèle fidèle, des proches aimants, un mixer rotatif en bois massif… Mais un soir, un accident survint alors qui changea sa vie à jamais : la perte d’une de ses dents.

Traumatisé par l’évènement et incapable de continuer à pratiquer son métier sans voir sa dent perdue dans les dentitions des autres, notre héros décide qu’il est temps de la remplacer. Mais pas avec n’importe quelle prothèse, non, avec la Goldenerzahn, légendaire dent en or massif oubliée par le temps. 

Dans une aventure qui le portera aux quatre coins de la planète, Eltouss réussira-t-il à réaliser ce rêve fou et réussir le deuil de sa dent ?

Under-the-radar Japanese selector, Yuta Suzuki graces us with his first recording in a couple of years. Having built a reputation for having his ear very close to the ground in the endless hunt for interesting, obscure music, this mix speaks to a man who's done exactly that. 

Put together in a remarkably patient way, it's a mature, eclectic collection of underground tracks that possess a certain character, with a slightly off-kilter thread running through.
