Immersed in music since his childhood, Babaganouschka is a DJ from Montreal whose musical journey began with the guitar, exploring rock, metal, jazz, and blues. For nearly three years now, he has dived into electronic music, specializing in mental and hypnotic techno. By night, he dedicates himself entirely to his craft as a DJ, steadily making a name for himself in Montreal’s techno scene. He is a member of the Droplets collective and a resident DJ on La Face B radio, where he provides a monthly mix. Passionate about subgenres like acid techno, hard techno, hard groove, and occasionally trance and breakbeat, he crafts unique sets that blend melody and polyrhythm.

Born in Granada in 1998, Yasin El-Shohoumi began his musical career at a very early age as a pianist and performer of classical music. However, the last years are the most deterministic when it comes to consolidating his artistic project, as well as the artistic lines that he wants to explore. From the need to unify all his sound works under a single identity, Log arises.

The project focuses on the exploration and investigation of sound design, using frequency modulations and complex waveforms assembled in a particular structure that combines chaotic configurations, random parameters, polyrhythms and live recorded automations with quantized, repetitive and purely mathematical patterns. The result of each work is a new description of the very nature of existence expressed in an audible form. Since the project is motivated by the desire to explore sound timbres and synthesis capabilities, its compositions should not be conceived exclusively as dance environment tools, but more like works that aim to create on the listener an atmosphere where space and time become irrelevant. Ambient works, deep techno and experimental electronics are typical forms of expression gathered under the name of Log.

Log is available for both DJ sets and modular live sets.
