KnixX & ComixXx, aka xXxXx, sind Berlins neue Geheimwaffe. Ihr Sound ist ebenso bunt wie Ihre Wurzeln: ComixXx, ein Kind aus dem kühlen Osten und Knixx, ein wilder Genpoolcocktail Asiens, Südamerikas und Europas, haben sich mit Ihrer Ladung Konfetti aus Elektro, Funk, Hip Hop und massiven Beats seit 2008 in den Clubs von Berlin einen Namen als talentierte Entertainer und Beatbombenbastler gemacht.
KnixX, die Stimme des Ganzen, wird bereits jetzt als „best kept secret in Berlin“ (Shir Khan, Berlin Battery Blog) oder „The most talented vocalist from Germany in years“ (DISCODUST) gehandelt. Sein Gesang bewegt sich zwischen Soul und experimentellem Falsetto-Funk und brachte ihn bereits mit Malente (Splank/Fool’s Gold) und DJ DSL (G-Stone) zusammen.
ComixXx, Absolvent der Bauhaus Uni Weimar, ist als DJ und Produzent so virtuos wie wüst. Zu gerne lässt er Beats wabern, wummern und knarzen. Seine bisherigen Releases findet man bei Compost, Konsequenz und Moon Harbour.

Carpet-bombing the dancefloor!
Knixx and ComixXx aka xXxXx are Berlin’s new secret weapon. Armed with a load of confetti that mixes electro, funk, hip hop and massive beats, these two musicians have recently made themselves a reputation as talented entertainers and beat-bomb-creators amongst the clubs of Berlin.
Their sound is as colorful as their roots: ComixXx, born in the frosty Ex-GDR and Knixx, a kid from the west whose genetic cocktail contains Asian, South-American and European origins, mix up their cultural influences in the melting pot of Europe’s secret capital.
Bloggers even praise Knixx, the voice of xXxXx, as „best kept secret in Berlin“ (Shir Khan, Berlin Battery Blog) or „The most talented vocalist from Germany in years“ (DISCODUST). His vocals, something in between experimental Falsetto-Funk and Soul already had him collaborate with Malente (Splank/Fool’s Gold) und DJ DSL (G-Stone).
As the virtuoso producer and DJ of this duo, ComixXx, a graduate of Weimar’s renowned Bauhaus University, loves  snarly, dirty and creaking beats, which can be felt and heard in his former releases on Compost, Konsequenz and Moon Harbour.

Polis ist eine Rockband mit starker Affinität zum Sound der Siebziger und zum instrumentalen Größenwahn: Fettes Rockbrett mit großer Geste, meditative Jams und dabei durchaus romantisch liedhaft. Auf Konzerten und im Studio spielt die Band dabei vorrangig mit Vintage-Instrumentarium, allen voran einer Hammond B3, alten Gitarren und Verstärkern, Synthesizern usw. In ihrer Musik und Poesie erforscht das Quintett was fühl- und denkbar ist, immer auf der alten Suche nach dem neuen Menschen.

2011 wurde das erste Album EINS veröffentlicht. Nach zahlreichen Gigs im In- und Ausland, Airplay bei Deutschlandradio Kultur, Radio R.SA, Radio Unicc und Radio T und einer aufwändigen Schallplatten- und Videoproduktion wurde Anfang 2014 der Nachfolger SEIN herausgebracht.
