The coveted Steyoyoke imprint welcomes the return of Monarke with his most recent three- track EP, “Deja Vu”. There is NOTHING subtle about this bold and dancy release. Be prepared to groove.

We begin the EP with a big, peak time banger, titled “Deja Vu”. This vivid track is in your face, in your head, and in your soul with its driving bassline and overly synthesized sequential leads. Next, Monarke presents a more subtle, groovy, and organic side via “You Sigh”. The subtle subby kick, and tribal groove is a hypnotic backbone to an otherwise synthesized cacophony of arpeggios. Last but certainly not least, we are wowed by the third installment, “Abuse of Confidence”, a lush and atmospheric ambient composition with swells of pads and reverbs like calm ocean waves.

“Deja vu” is a broad stroke of Monarke’s mastery of his synthesized world. From the overly synthesized, to the organic tribal groove, and finally to the misty and evocative. This EP is an example of range and breadth. Come listen on the other side.

‘Cosmic Renaissance’ takes the EP deeper into Yubik’s world as he captures your mind through beautiful shimmering chords, before unleashing a series of shuddering sonic waves for the sound system to beam across the dance-floor.

Just This returns with its first collaboration between Hunter/Game and Croatian born DJ/producer,  Petar Dundov. 

The first track “Voices” follows a techno path where an emotional melody arrives after the main break, sounding like an artificial vocal. In the second track ‘Terca’ we can see the typical progression of a Dundov production, which gets you lost in a 10 minute “descriptive word here” journey. 
The EP finishes off with a remix of Voices by both Dundov and Hunter/Game, and follows the mood of the EP mixing the two artists' imagery and giving to the track a new perspective.

As another year slowly passes by we would like to take a moment to step back and thank all of you who have been supporting our beloved ‘Radikon’ over the course of the last years. 2022 has been kind to us and our artists, we worked together with emerging talents, longtime friends as well as former idols who now are part of our constantly growing ménage. We’re fully motivated and optimistic to expand this project of ours to new heights in ’23!

What else is there to say when we can show our gratitude in form of our upcoming annually Reto compilation. We curated the finest of the finest for your year’s end listening pleasures. Jonas Saalbach opens up this round with a trancy hymn featuring the ever glowing voice of SANDHAUS, followed by Arude’s spotless Yinning and Yanning between hard grooves versus carefully placed melody patterns. Munich’s Yubik delivers another melancholic masterpiece together with Mark Hoffen, escorted by the man Guzy himself who plays the Klaviatur of wide range noisy leads in a flawless dancefloor sharpshooter. Naeiiv states a confession of a ‘Blank Mind’ with a track loaded with big room arps and warm pad structure. 2022’s Reto conclusion is delivered by Tantum with a classic rave machine that will keep floors vibing long after midnight.
