Morttagua brings yeat another Progressive pearl to Timeless Moment in "Dvaraka"

Dvārakā is a sacred historic city in Hinduism, Jainism, and Buddhism. It is also alternatively spelled as Dvarika. The name Dvaraka is said to have been given to the place by Bhagwan Krishna, a major deity in Hinduism. Dvaraka is one of the Sapta Puri (seven sacred cities) of Hinduism.

In the Hindu epics and the Puranas, Dvaraka is called Dvaravati and is one of seven Tirtha (pilgrimage) sites for spiritual liberation. The other six are Mathura, Ayodhya, Kashi, Kanchipuram, Avantika and Puri.

Morttagua inspired himself in the legendary epics describing all the magnificent wonders of Dvaraka to produce a track with lots of Hindu influences in its vocals and chanting. Morttagua trademark hypnotic 4d plucks, emotional harmonies and impeccable sound design makes Dvaraka a true contender for this year's summer hit season.

ABOUT CLAWZ SG:
Hailing from Lille, France, Clawz SG has been an avid electronic music enthusiast from a young age. His passion for producing was initially something he engaged in purely for himself and his friends, however after much support and encouragement, he finally decided to take that final leap, thus paving way for the birth of Clawz SG. 

Clawz SG stays true to his roots and remains an old school synth aficionado, having collected an impressive selection of numerous analogue vintage synthesizers over the years. His name has become synonymous with the Deep House and Melodic Techno sounds of today. 

His debut release with Parquet Recordings in 2014, was a significant milestone clocking up two highly acclaimed collaborated tracks titled “Obvious” and “Abyss”. The success from Parquet 082 cemented a solid springboard for his musical art form and opened the flood gates to a succession of accomplished releases. To date he has remixed and produced originals with a number of well-established labels and his creative aspirations have compelled him to embark on a new and exciting phase of his career by joining the Steyoyoke Recordings family. 

With numerous releases and EPs under his belt, broadening his career will never change Clawz SG’s deep-seated morals or values. He’s an individual with strong family ties, even dedicating an entire EP to his family and proudly upholds many noble attributes within all his professional connections, which assures lasting relationships and solid honest partnerships within the industry. 

With all these positive traits and artistic facets to boast, Clawz SG has definitely found kindred spirits in his alliance with the Steyoyoke family. 2021 is looking bright with an album on the horizon.

We are both very pleased to introduce Johannes Brecht to the Siamese family! A highly talented, trained and decorated musician is a fair description of Johannes and we’re proud to call him a friend and sometimes even a mentor.

This record has been in the works for a long time and since all of us wanted to have this EP out on vinyl too it took some time to get everything in place. As expected the three originals show a wide array of Johannes Brecht's world of electronic music. 

'Voicing Something' dives deep into what it means to be a conscious being. "Tell me this do you believe that you are strong enough to be a better man, a better breed, a better kind of company so take a stand before you leap and breathe.“ Your dreams and fears are guiding you while you figure out the puzzle of life. 

Adriatique’s Remix of 'Voicing Something' almost appears like a dub version of the original although it wasn’t a full vocal version. The chorus from the original, 'We live and die trying I saw I light revive me‘, gets a prominent placement in this remix. 

Next we have the beautiful ‚Orca‘, an exciting and complex dance track that sucks you deep into an ocean of carefully chosen and crafted sounds which sound like nothing you have heard before. 


Closing the release is 'Astral Travelling‘, first heard as the stellar beginning of Adriatique’s art.set at for ARTE concert at the renowned Fondation Beyeler. The name resembles perfectly what the title suggests; a journey deep into time and space carried by human emotions and translated into music. 

And this is what Johannes is all about; creating something with love and passion rather than staying on safe ground.
