Welcome Back to the Expressions Podcast.

Firstly there is not much voiceover on this one as I have been pretty unwell for the past few weeks including a stay in hospital. But I am slowly on the mend.

I am really happy to have reached the 10th episode of my podcast and I would like to thank everone who has tuned in, commented and shared the podcast around since it started. I really enjoy doing these shows, but its the people listening who make it.
