Disco Pastors geography is growing, opening more and more new regions. This time we invited @yoldosh_music to join us.

"Strength in truth, love in music", that's what Yõldosh - resident of @stihiafestival and also a participant of festivals like @samarkandmarathon, Bukhara Night Race and Ultra Zaamin - believes. His mixes sounded on the air of Hong Kong radio @hkcr and various communities of the electronic scene in Tashkent.

He started his journey in music in 2018 being influenced by the development of the local scene and the first festival The Element in the desert depths of the Aral Sea.

Yõldosh is not a fan of fixed genres of electronic music, as experimenting and exploring something new is always about creativity. The special mix for Disco Pastors is nostalgic in some places for the good times that everyone has in their lives and brings a slight smile to your face, and the last track brings you to tears with its beauty and simplicity.

Work Yourself

Of all of the songs dropping during this year's Spooky Week, this has a very good chance of being the "spookiest."  Not the scariest, not the most horrifying, and, ironically, not necessarily the darkest...

...but, spooky?  This is damn spooky.  

Interbay points itself directly into the heart of darkness and explores the "Absence of Light"--and what it finds there is a James Earl Jones-esque voice narrating the situation where fear and desire merge and multiply each other.  

"In the absence of light, we'll have to rely on our OTHER senses" is a phrase that has never before had such inherent sexual tension surrounding it.  

Still, this isn't a song that would benefit some adult bedroom time--this is a song for a very dark dancefloor and whatever you might find there to explore.  There is a menace and a growing density of risk on that dancefloor that is as exciting as it might be terrifying.  

...and when I put this song together, I didn't think twice--I immediately put this on the special shelf in The Vault of Phantom Laboratories West where I keep tracks that should only be unleashed into the world during Spooky Week.    And now, it emerges...just in time.
