Having started in 1994 as a producer and DJ, Ralph founded the project „Rastaliens“ together with his friend Jay. In 2003 they released the album „Xplore The Wild Side“ on BooM! Records. At the same time he moved to Switzerland with his wife and decided to start his own project called Braincell. His first album „Universal Language“ was released in 2005, which was followed by an impressive string of releases on various compilations and major labels. Two years after his debut, his second album „Transformation of Reality“ came out. The last Rastaliens album, „Back on Earth“, was released in 2007. One year afterwards, Braincell’s third album „Frequency Evolution“ was released on Glowing Flame Records and in 2010 his fourth album „Intelligent Being“ came out on Free Spirit Records. These cd’s were followed by several releases on various compilations. Since 2007 Ralph has also been producing tracks by the project name Solar Spectrum, which represents the more progressive side of his creativity. Solar Spectrum’s debut album was released in 2009 and his second album (R)Evolution of Consciousness was released two years afterwards. The Reunion EP was released on BooM! Records in 2013 together with his 3rd album „Source Energy Creations“ (re-released on Ovnimoon Rec.) and 4th album „Droplets from the matrix“ (Ovnimoon Rec.) 2013 it was time for an Ambient/Chill/Downbeat project which was realized under the name „Unknown Reality“. Johnny Blue comes from Cyprus. He started dj-ing 16 years ago.His first influence was rock and especially psychedelic rock (Pink Floyd, Ozric Tenatcles etc). In 2000 he got into the electronic scene with the main interest in chill out and psychedelic trance music. Being influenced by several music cultures (rock,dub,reggae,electronica, psy-trance, chillout), Johnny created a unique style by blending smoothly various styles of music, sending the listeners to a colourful and sensational journey through sounds. Johnny is one of the senior representatives on the launch , establishment and uprising of Cyprus’ psychedelic music scene. In 2011 Johnny joined Mikelabella Records and he works as A/R Manager. His first VA compilation under the name “Planet Blue” was released on December 2012 and VA blue moon in April 2014. In early 2013 he became a label DJ in Peak Records. Also, he is a resident DJ at Digitally Imported Psychill (di.fm/psychill) with his radio series “Psylent Harmony” which is broadcasted every third Sunday. Johnny Blue has various international appearances in countries like UK, Germany, Portugal, Croatia , Morocco, Turkey and Russia among others, presenting dj sets in parties and festivals like Boom , Antaris, Lost Theory, Transahara, Mo:Dem, Psy Fi and more.

We are excited to unveil our latest signing! Jhesha has joined the Samaa Records family, and we are pumped to start this next journey with her.

Born in Mexico, Jhesha aka Jhess Garcia begun her musical voyage at the age of 6 years old with studying piano lessons. In 2005 she established the psychedelic connection and started attending parties and festivals all around Mexico.

2012 was the year when she decided to give life to her project “Jhesha” by starting to play DJ sets. And since then, she has performed in many different venues around Mexico.

Not too long ago and after being inspired by many producers from the psytrance scene, Jhesha decided to make use of her musical knowledge and venture into the world psychedelic trance production.

Her music contains a lot of magical touches of mystic and powerful psychedelic compositions filled with electric energy and throbbing with powerful night-time grooves that will take you on a breathtaking galactic ride. 

It is worth mentioning that Jhess together with Luis Cruz aka X-Side, have a psytrance project called Ashtar Command (Grasshopper Records).

Mental Bugs is the psychedelic project that was created by Gilberto Castro and Jair Osorio at the beginning of 2017. After spending a few years as Dj Mugwump, Jair decided to study musical production and that’s when he met Gilberto.

After collaborating with some bands playing punk and alternative rock, they began to create electronic music.

As soon as they fused their ideas and spent some sessions in the studio, they decided to create Mental Bugs, characterized by strange atmospheres full of insects and fun basses inviting the mind to a pleasant trip full of joy and movement just for the moment of sunrise.
