My first junto project- disquiet0698. Adding the 2nd part of a trio (right channel), to Alan Blip's- B-Drone starter (left channel) .  
You are hearing some shortwave recording of military weather reports, and what is (allegedly) a Russian diplomatic service transmission (time-stretched), bad violin playing and the sound of wind in the trees of my garden. Kinda concerned I've packed too much in here, but hope there's space for someone to add something more in part 3. It's been fun- thanks Alan Blip & Junto crew for the provocation :)

The Apparition That Asked Me to Dance

My girlfriend was practicing some Chopin sheet music when I switched the synth setting to something wacky.  It sounded terrible to her but awesome to me.  I looped a little piece of it, fed it through a bunch of effects, and made a beat with some beat-repeat and other effects going and that became my 1 bar segment.

The 4 bar segment is the bassline with each bar having a different effect applied to it (first clean, second wah, third redux, and the last is just chopped up). The 8 bar segment is the synth lead.  I though of a random process for combining them in an arrangement.  First i figured that there were 4 combinations and 3 solos possible: abc, ab, ac, bc, a, b, c.  So, I chose a number 1-7 with Random.org and strung together about 2 minutes worth of results from that.  I kept what worked from the experiment and played with the parts that didn't work so well.
