1. Wann hattest du eigentlich dein erstes Mal? Ähm besser gesagt in welcher Situation hast du das erste Mal bewusst an einem Mischpult gestanden?

Puh, das ist ne gefühlte Ewigkeit her. 2002 habe ich voller Stolz meine ersten 1210er erworben und mit gefühlten 5 Platten meine ersten Gehversuche gestartet.

2. Wo hat für dich Musik ihre Grenzen? 

Kurz und knapp: Musik hat keine Grenzen! Auch wenn sich mir zur Zeit durch dieses ganze ätropische Klimbim die Nackenhaare aufstellen, hat doch alles irgendwie seine Daseinsberechtigung. Solange diese Stücke mit einer gewissen Leidenschaft produziert werden, hab ich absolut kein Problem damit. Allerdings schalte ich das Radio dann doch gern mal aus.

3. Wie würdest du deine Musik charakterisieren? 

Das ist schwer zu beantworten. Meine Produktionen entstehen fast immer aus Stimmungen und sind kaum zu steuern. Da ist von einer sehr melodisch und freudigen Nummer, bis hin zu einem sehr tiefen und melancholischen Stück alles dabei.

4. Was denkst du, wie findet die Musikindustrie Talente? 

Genau das Thema hat sich in den letzten Jahren stark verändert. Zur Zeit kannst du es im kommerziellen Bereich von heut auf morgen mit einem Cover nach ganz oben schaffen. Ich denke dass gerade Soundcloud und Youtube hier Plattformen geschaffen haben, die einen großen Teil dazu beigetragen haben. So schnelllebig wie die Musikbranche ist, kann sich aber auch das sehr fix wieder verändern. Die Musikszene ist eine Wundertüte.

5. Was sind deine 3 häufigsten Gedanken beim spielen bzw. wenn du gerade auflegst? 

Wie reagiert die Menge? Was spiele ich als nächstes? Wo bleibt mein Jägermeister?

6. Thema DJs und Ihre gewissen Markenzeichen ... welches ist dein Markenzeichen?

Meint ihr sowas wie Robin Schulz und seine Sonnenbrille ? :) Ich denke mein Markenzeichen findet man eher in meinen Sets wieder. Ich baue gern 20 Jahre alte Tracks aus ausgestorbenen Genres ein. Oft sind das Speedgarage Nummern, die ordentlich nach vorne gehen.

8. Viele Wege führen ja bekanntlich nach Rom, welchen Weg wirst du weiterhin für deine Zukunft einschlagen?

Ich werde der Musik in jedem Fall treu bleiben. Allerdings möchte ich mich dabei ein wenig von der kommerziellen Schiene weg bewegen und mich mehr auf Clubtunes konzentrieren. Genau das wird man in den kommenden Veröffentlichungen auch hören können.
