Chris is from Chicago, Illinois Born to Michele Martin and Chris Martin on February 5, 1992, at age 15 Chris materialized his passion for music through the style of RnB/Hip-hop inspired by artist like Ludacris and Usher. He started playing piano, the drums, and the guitar in church at a young age, which fueled his desire for music and gave him a strong foundation in God. As illustrated in his name Bakir (Bak-eer) which, in Hebrew means the chosen one.
