Khruangbin is a three-piece band from Texas, formed of Laura Lee on bass, Mark Speer on guitar, and Donald Johnson on drums. Taking influence from 1960's Thai funk - their name literally translates to "Engine Fly" in Thai - Khruangbin is steeped in the bass heavy, psychedelic sound of their inspiration, Tarantino soundtracks and surf-rock cool. Khruangbin's exotic, individual sound is captured at their spiritual home, a remote barn deep in the Texas countryside where their first rehearsals took place. Debut album ‘The Universe Smiles Upon You’ is scheduled for release at the end of this year.

Khruangbin - White Gloves

Arreglo de la pieza Bésame Mucho realizado para cuarteto de cuerda (Violín, Viola, Cello y Contrabajo) entre junio y julio del 2013 para aprobar la evaluación final de la asignatura Armonía funcional del programa adulto del conservatorio de música de Carabobo. 

El audio se encuentra adaptado para piano ya que las voces de sibelius no distinguen bien las notas graves, por lo tanto se utilizó el efecto de éste instrumento para lograr la distinción de las 4 voces.(ojo: no es un arreglo para piano). 

En algunas partes quise realizar movimientos contrapuntísticos a pesar de que no tenia en lo absoluto conocimiento alguno de la asignatura jaja... en la actualidad la estoy cursando junto al segundo año de armonia tradicional y me dí cuenta de algunos detalles, y lo que falta por estudiar... sin embargo la comparto (que debí hacerlo anteriormente) para recibir opiniones y consejos.
