Frozen (Soloists of Prague version)

Fivos Valachis, a great greek pianist living in Italy, composed this excellent song. He proposed me to arrange "OK!" with greek bouzouki and I played it with four bouzoukis and one track baglama (small bouzouki). Thanks a lot to Fivos for this cooperation between Berlin and Turin!! Enjoy it!

I haven't dropped anything for a while, so here's something for all my Epic Tribute Medley subscribers. Here's a quick piano improv over a simple beat. I had no prep for this and did this in one take, so I have no music sheets. Excuse the poor video quality, I used my non-HD Mac webcam.

Nicholas Cheung - Improv Keys Sesh

Nada in Sanskrit means “sound” and Aradhana signifies “devotional offering”. Nada Aradhana is an intuitive synthesis of vocals and instruments performed twice daily in the Dhyanalinga at the Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore.

An enchanting mix of singing bowls and assorted natural musical instruments in conjunction with voices, Nada Aradhana is a live offering that enables listeners to slip effortlessly into a receptive mode, making them available to the energies and Grace of the Dhyanalinga, and allowing them to experience deep states of meditation.

Today which happens to be the 18th Anniversary Of Dhyanalinga Consecration, a renowned flautist visited the ashram today and offered Nada Aradhana. Listen to the recording here.
