It was a bit of a rush to get this one done amidst a busy month of music and travel plans, but it came out beautifully. I told myself this one would be shorter, but in the end there was too much good music to share. This set is elegant, raw, and not your typical flow in genres - a peaceful start, quickly gaining momentum into trance, slowing it down to groovy afro vibes, before diving into some signature melodic techno. There's a little cinematic surprise if you make it all the way to the end. This is Volume Two. Enjoy =)

There was plenty of material to pull from this month drawing inspiration from seeing so many incredible artists at Portola music festival and having several of my own gigs. From opening for After Life artists Olympe & Alfa Romeo to two afters sets to playing in an old historic bank, this month was quite the variety in gigs and genres played. Uploading this on a layover to Thailand (for a much needed vacation) feels very appropriate after the busyness of the past month. After a stretch of 5 straight weeks with shows, I've taken the last couple to re-focus on producing and on prepping for my biggest set of the year. Even with the craziness, these sets give me a chance to rebalance my sound into what I'm listening to and enjoying the most in a given season. The past month has been a hectic one for a lot of us - election season in the US, approaching the end of the year and pushing to achieve goals and deadlines before the holidays... One of the main themes in this set is simply peace, something I think we could all use. The first half of this set is rooted in that. In the second half, I deviated from my norm a bit with some tech house and even a couple melodic bass tracks for a little fun. Enjoy!

More Than A Feeling: Volume Four

February 22, 2025 | I uploaded two live sets in a row so it was nice to get back to an extended recorded set this month. February's highlight was hosting and playing direct support for Volaris -- the prolific producer behind hits like 'Slow Motion', 'Who Do You Love', and his recent remixes of 'Jaded' and 'Another World'. I even had the chance to close the night out b2b with him! Many of the tracks in this mix were from the set I played for that show, but it was fun to fill in with some other pieces I've been listening to. This set starts out quite cinematic and progressive, before detouring through some soft then harder tech house, and finally landing in melodic techno. This month was a bit of a rollercoaster of emotions with some personal stuff, so I think the variety in sound reflects that. Enjoy the set & let me know what you think!
