Depuis sa première apparition sur Lyon en 2006, The StupidMonkey s’est essayé à tous les genres musicaux de ces trente dernières années. D’abord adepte du bootleg et du mash-up version terroriste, son style éclectique lui ouvre les portes de plusieurs associations régionnales. 

En 2011 le Monkey se dédouble et donne naissance à ZemonK, Mr Hyde simiesque jouant lui dans un catalogue beaucoup plus agressif mélant Dubstep, Bassline, MoombahCore et Glitch rageux… Ses DjSets sont des "passages à la moulinette" de tout ce qui se fait en musique electronique, passant d'un style à l'autre rapidement et sans temps mort.
