Born and raised in the vibrant cultural melting pot of Queens, NYC, DJ Dennis Fernando found his passion for music early in life. Moving to Long Island as a teenager, Dennis brought with him the rich, eclectic sounds of the city, which would shape his future in the world of DJing.

Since 1990, Dennis has been spinning tracks that touch the soul and move the feet, covering genres that span Deep Soulful House Music, Latin Beats & Rhythms, Classic Disco, Funk, Hip Hop, R&B, Soul, Afro, Bossa Nova, Nu-Disco, Jazz,  Broken Beat and beyond. His expertise and love for diverse rhythms have made him a revered figure in the underground music scene.

Dennis's dedication to supporting and nurturing underground house music was most notably displayed through his ownership of DJ Records. This Long Island treasure was the first record store in the area to sell and support underground House Music, along with many genres, becoming a cornerstone for local DJs and music aficionados.

Over the years, Dennis  has played at numerous iconic underground parties in NYC and Long Island, including Earth Lounge, The Funky Fish, Sugar Bush, Azul, Club Vinyl, The Knitting Factory, and Movement., to name a few His dynamic sets and ability to read and energize a crowd have made him a staple in the community.

Dennis’s talent has also brought him to the airwaves with guest appearances on FM radio at USB Stony Brook, and more recently, through his mix show on internet radio's Loud Creative Radio, where he continues to share his deep, soulful sounds with a global audience.

Whether behind the decks at a packed club or curating tracks for his next radio show, DJ Dennis Fernando remains a passionate advocate and ambassador for the music he loves. Love is the music of his soul!

The swiss star DJ Tanja La Croix is the absolute darling of the international club scene. With excellent skills on the turntables and extraordinary charisma, the “Queen of House” has a truly head-turning effect on crowds from Lebanon via Dubai all the way to Moscow and Ibiza.
