UK | MixRace | 30yrs | Female | Introvert | Dark Bard | Absolute Nerd | Self Taught Voice Changing Chameleon, Poet/Songwriter/Music Producer/Director by night | Hobbie Pet Portrait artist | Hobbie Photographer | My personality is a weird mix of Laudna (CR:Bells Hells) she is definitely the highest % along with The Guide (WWDITS), Carrie Jackson (Extraordinary), Loti (Nautilus), Richmond (IT Crowd) & Gomez (Addams Family 1991 version) there are others for sure but you get a rough idea | Lover of all things Spooky, Eerie & a bit odd | Music & Cinema Enthusiast obviously | If i was to describe my “aesthetic” or more so vibe; its like a feminine-Masculine femme fatale was also a hauntingly “pretty”, undead swamp-bog hag that is dreamy in nightmare-ish way | I may look “intimidating” or like a Sickly 1800s ghost but really I’m just a peculiar nerd who’s also very much a Sappy soft Fuck!

I sing & “voice act” because i love it; it’s my happy place just always liked messing around with my voice pushing it past limits/comfort zones & making people laugh, creeped out or confused are just a few of my fave things in the world! Love learning accents & trying to mimic people & i love making others feel something.

As someone who loves challenging my voice box, whether speaking & singing in accents, dialects/tones or silly made up voices; I also love putting myself through singing a whole song without doing separate takes for another accent, voice change, key or tonal change; just do both one right after the other and back again it’s challenging and fun to push your brain and voice box to the limits or maybe i just hate myself who knows. 

I taught myself how to sing & “act” as a wee babe watching and observing; mimicking is your best friend essentially being a human version of a parrot or a skinwalker whatever floats ya boat. From the age of 2 I had “stars in my eyes” I was obsessed with musicals (still am) black & white and Technicolor old Hollywood classics is what I grew up with as well as many other great classics from all the eras. I just love a good show & movie no matter what day & age they’re from.

I grew up with people like Doris Day, Judy Garland, Ella Fitzgerald, Marilyn Monroe, Etta James, Nina Simone, Carol Burnett, Bernadette Peters, David Bowie, Nat King Cole & his daughter, Vincent Price, Gene Wilder, Lily Tomlin, Robin Williams, Michelle Pfiffer, Joan Cusack, Bette Midler, Diane Keaton, Goldie Horne, Madeline Kahn, Christopher Lloyd, Angelica Houston, Jane Fonda, Joanna Lumley, Steve Martin, Martin Short, Meryl Streep, Tom Hanks, French & Saunders ect the list is huge but I can’t remember everyone’s names for the life of me there is far to many great people to name! Let alone the people ive sadly missed! Now i also love so many new fresh phenomenally talented people. 

Music & TV have been my one constant life support it keeps me going when I’m the happiest or I where go to when I’m the most broken especially music. I live in constant awe of the talent that humans can have and that we decided to create such a wonderful yet sadly challenging & depressing at times business! That humans created instruments & what we can do with our own bodies is incredible, nothing else has ever felt right to me despite how many passions & interests I take part in. 

Although I don’t think it will ever happen for me I’m constantly poor, I don’t drive, I live in an area where performing isn’t a big thing, I don’t have a fancy performing background & so the odds are not in my favour but for now even doing this feels somehow fulfilling because well I’m singing & acting in my own little way.

Thank you to everyone who was always so kind on bandlab & here or in personal life now & again; genuinely if you even knew for a second what that kind of support & kindness feels like to someone like me who never really has it in any aspect of my life except on rare occasions; Words are not enough!! 🖤
