Some days ago we released a song that talks about going back to our childhood, naivety, and illusion, that is... returning to innocence.

I have been fortunate to once again count with the enormous sensitivity and extraordinary expressiveness of @broennercello.

Return to Innocence (Eva Brönner & Moisés Daniel)

Finally I´m somewhat happy,,  after some tinkering I think I arrived at how to set up my mic´s and how to play my upright for this project that has been building up for a long time -  And last night I did the first session of the hours albums.

The idea is to sit down and just record, and thats what I did last night, recorded 8 songs and this one is number two. Each album will be 8 songs named after the monastic hours, the circle of christian meditation that has mostly become lost in today society.

Le piège

This is the original piano sketch I wrote before starting the full arrangement of Habibi. It is a live recording on my Scholze upright piano. I used in the middle part a Strymon Timeline Delay (you can actually hear the click-in and out of the pedal in the track) to sketch the idea of the synth I used later in the full orchestrated track. I thought it was cool to release it as b-side of the single.
