Isn´t it strange 
how the people who love taking care of others
are usually the once who needed it most

You notice when people are struggling because you remember what it felt like
everytime you help someone you´re talking to the younger version of yourself
the one who felt alone the one who needed someone to care

By being there for others you´re finally giving that care 
just to someone else this isn´t wrong but it can become unhealthy 
when you only know how to give but never receive

When you´re so focused on healing others that you ignore your own needs
you can´t heal your childhood wounds by saving everyone else
at some point you have to let someone take care of you too
