David Rausch is a Berlin-based producer, instrumentalist, vocalist and live act who uses his outstanding musical talent to express his emotional realm in a mesmerizing way that not only stimulates the acoustic senses of his audience, but also touches the hearts in a exceptionally vulnerable way. His timeless productions are as catchy and profound as his unique character, leaving a powerful, energetic impression on the dance floor while creating lasting memories.

The two originals Hands & Pein received new compositions in remixes by the remarkable Santi & Tuğçe, Flave and Kapoor. With each remix opening up different facets and highlighting the remixers’ personal sound script, Hands EP is a beautiful sound track that will paint vivid pictures on our festival experience.

A persisting memory is not stable. It shifts shape, anchoring one moment and dissolving the next, never fixed but always present in some form. Memories resurface uninvited, altered by time and emotion, slipping between clarity and distortion. Familiar images become abstract, details fade while feelings intensify. The linear flow of time folds in on itself, looping and fracturing. What remains is not a clear reflection of the past, but a sensation suspended just beyond reach: elusive, haunting, and quietly insistent.

AVEM's 2009, released on @Ocultismo, is a hypnotic dive into minimalistic grooves and lo-fi nostalgia. True to its title, the release conjures the sonic aesthetics of the late 2000s microhouse and minimal techno era—filtered through a contemporary, introspective lens. 

Ocultismo, known for championing raw, unconventional sounds on the fringes of house and techno, provides the perfect home for this release. 2009 isn't about dancefloor domination—it's about evocation, reflection, and the fragile beauty of imperfection.
