I designed this set to support me with period pain (when I still had a period), but it can be the perfect soundtrack for different stories… it’s slow and soothing, but also very trippy and visions-inducing, definitely psychedelic, but gentle… Low lights, soft volume, a solo session of connection with one’s womb, or a massage, or any other exploration of the mysteries of the body…

I recorded it in the depth of winter in Tuscany, while slow-cooking chicken broth and caressing the red cat… like a menopausal witch, stirring the cauldron and spreading soothing vibes to those who may need them…
