Our fall begins with The Soul Brothers, bringing some warm Mexican vibes with their delicious Autumn Smash. 
The sounds of The Soul Brothers are influenced by the middle eastern and latin american culture, often a fusion middle eastern instruments and natural sounds of Mexico. 
 
The Mexican duo consisting of Daniel Muñoz and Tomás Encorrada is also behind the label Talavera Records. Besides releases on their own imprint their originals and remixes have been brought out by the likes of Souq Records, Dream Culture or Lump Records. 
We feel the multicultural vibe of this Autumn Smash <3!

Hey folks! We've a new „schmacko“ for all our beloved sound aesthetes here!

So let's welcome today our new family member Anatolian Sessions with MONADA BRAHMA 006.

As Dj and producer Anatolian Sessions began his electronic music career long time ago with progressive and tech house. In 2016 he started to weave his anatolian roots into his music crafts. The fruits are a unique signature of traditional folkloric elements combined with deep, hypnotic driving basses. That rare style led him release his gems on labels like: Buddha Bar, Metanoia, Pipe & Pochet, Souq Records, Wanderlust Musica and Art Vibes Music.

With „Rhythms in a vortex of joy“ he invites the listener into his sunny world and groove in which the timeless and rich anatolian culture meets a straight electronic soundscape that will move any dance-floor that thrives on powerful, psychedelic global beats.

As cover art we chose „Joy“ of Radka Tiarksova's highly vibrating art, as the spinning skirt reminds of the ancient Sufi dance of whirling Dervishes. We're more than thankful and happy to have this special collaboration with Radka Soulart and to share with all of you her unique art which is as lively, colorful & profound as the life we call reality.

Now let's tune into the anatolian earth and let's whirl, spin and jump in the rhythm of endless joy.

Bummeln im Ethno Garten

Since choosing songs from “Videomusic” and energetically listening to them in her dad’s car, our guest Clandestina grew up collecting music and dancing, while DJing came only later, after boosting confidence enough to use mixing softwares and face the people from behind the decks. Playing at Chill Out Areas of Psytrance Festivals was her starting point, and then moved to different sounds once she discovered new sonorities that were able to cut across time and space and involve the dancers beyond their age and the “scene” to which they thought they belonged. Clandestina entitles it as electro-extravaganza, and basically it’s high quality music with a good groove, sounds and lyrics from all over the world, fleeing from averageness. Her work as a DJ gives the joy and inspiration also for her other passion: bringing culture to festivals, as she works as program coordinator of Liminal Village, in the cultural area of Boom Festival in Portugal, and is an independent researcher into the evolution of the ecstatic cult in the west.

Our 153th edition was recorded in her hometown Panzano in Chianti, in Tuscany, Italy, a safe space to rest in the middle of a busy summer; a mosaic of sensual, soothing, nurturing soundscapes. With a duration of 89 minutes, the mixtape has an evolving cadence developed with merit by a varied array of styles and songs, touching alternately  the darker and the brighter frequencies. From this solid and elegant selection, Clandestina was able to integrate effectively the opposites, and from there be ready to face again the great paradox of life!
