Life is like a flowing river that passes points and never returns. We can look back and remember, but we cannot retrace a single moment of the time that is past. Only the present moment is real and only the present moment matters, and both the past and future are created by our minds and the identification with our story. You cannot find yourself by going into the past. You can find yourself by coming into the present. Life is now.
