Another Marillion cover, this time, probably their biggest hit taken from the "Misplaced Childhood" album. I managed to get it sounding pretty close to the original. This is the radio edit version of the song rather than the full album version. All recorded using the usual equipment (Korg M3, Ibanez guitar, Amplitube, Toontrack etc).

Mary's Prayer

This is my cover of the song "Shame" by Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow, taken from Williams' second greatest hits compilation album, In and Out of Consciousness: The Greatest Hits 1990–2010. It was released as the lead single from the album on 4 October 2010 by Virgin Records in the United Kingdom. The single marked the first time that both Barlow and Williams had performed together on a song since the latter left Take That in 1995.
The process of Barlow and Williams working together again began in February 2010 in Los Angeles. The single was confirmed by Barlow to have been written in under an hour in an empty studio and helped both himself and Williams to draw a line under their 10 year feud after the latter left Take That.
Bit of  a risky choice as far as covers go, but I thought it would be funny to record both vocal parts and pan them, I hope this comes across when listening.

I can get my hands on to record on to a DPS12 home studio, 
mostly recording covers for my own amusement.
All cover songs are recorded and mixed in a few hours, keeping a nice raw feel to the tracks.
