Tea White returns to Stay True Sounds with ‘Earth Over Us’, his liquid take on the Afro genre 3 - step. Since his debut album ‘Between Plants’ landed on Stay True Sounds in 2023, Tea White’s rich electronic soundscapes have been heard across his native SA through releases on various tastemaker labels, then appearing on Stay True Sounds Vol. 6 with ‘Genji Orchids’ in 2024. This latest release, ‘Earth Over Us’ is the first single from his upcoming album project ‘4lternvte’, continuing to explore themes of nature through fully instrumental tracks that are distinctly Tea White in feel; ‘Earth Over Us takes the fresh genre of 3 - step and doses it in luscious synth patterns, terraforming the genre as we know it to give it a lake - side quality.

Between Stillness and Fire is a cinematic journey through love, loss, and rebirth — told in the language of speed garage and neurofunk. Each track surges like a tide — deep subs, swung percussion, and neuro-infused basslines collide with atmospheric sound design and emotional melodies. Currents blurs the line between club energy and cinematic storytelling: rhythm as emotion, texture as memory, bass as heartbeat.

It’s the sound of love surviving its own destruction — a cycle of collision, dissolution, and renewal carried by movement, momentum, and pulse.

Monicashflow is a DJ and sonic curator who moves through sound as a storyteller. Rooted in diasporic rhythms and led by intuition, she blends Afro House, ambient, Gqom, Jazz, Batida, Baile Funk, and beyond — creating immersive soundscapes that honor emotions, ignite movement, and cultivate collective joy. Her sets, whether at parties, festivals, or curated events, invite bodies into motion and minds into trance, sculpting sonic journeys that are both healing and high energy.

Her dynamic performances have resonated on iconic stages across Brussels, Amsterdam, London, Lisbon, Accra and beyond. She has delivered standout sets at renowned festivals including Rock Werchter, WeCanDance, CORE Festival, Sfinks and Nuits Sonores. Monicashflow’s distinctive sound has also reached global audiences through live-streamed sets on platforms like Kiosk Radio, Foundation FM, PoundandYam and Bruzz.
